It has a very mild fragrance. I love the pump as it is super easy to use. Even my kids can use it by themselves now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for summer, Not to bad for winter This is my most favourite of all-rounded bath gel which I think it suits every skin type. I have sensitive and eczema-prone skin + back acne. This bath gel leaves my skin moist and clean after a bath. Although it won't provide the same moisturising effect as bath oil. I think it is good enough if you use it with your choice of lotion. The smell is so subtle and refreshing. So, if you are allergic to fragrance you should test it first. The warning is the small bottle package is really difficult to use after you get through half of the bottle, but the new 1-litre package works perfectly.

It isn't a soapy consistency so it doesn't dry out the skin but feels more like a hydrating moisturiser. It has a refreshing scent which is the only reason it differs from the original cleanser.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gentle and refreshing As a long time user of Cetaphil's Cleanser, I had high hopes for this because while I love Cetaphil products, the scent is probably my least fave element so when I noticed tis body wash with the refreshing scent, I had to buy it. The scent is citrus and really invigorating. Love the usual silky texture of the body wash. This product really delivered for me, smells great and washes without leaving my skin dry at all.

It’s a welcoming, fresh scent to help awaken me with each use. A pearlescent, gel like texture this body wash is easy to dispense by flipping the top open and squeezing a small amount out. Only a super small amount is needed each use as it covers skin well and lathers easily. Just apply like any body wash while showering for a refreshing, all over clean feel. It feels soft, smooth and non-stripping on skin during use and hasn’t irritated my sensitive, dry skin at all. The Aloe Vera and Vitamin B5 in this formula seem to help soothe and nurture skin so it feels replenished after each wash. This works as a great body wash for any gender and age, seems like a family friendly bathroom solution. An added bonus is that its dermatologically tested and hypoallergenic too for added peace of mind.

My whole family has very sensitive skin and with the claims of being hypoallergenic I was very keen to see if this product was good for my girls very sensitive skin. I have two daughters one just turned 4 and the other six months. Both have extra sensitive skin. I got the product it was in white packaging bottle with a flip top lid. It was simple to squeeze out and it was creamy in consistency. It had a refreshing almost mint like scent that I think made it feel fresh. I totally loved it as often times being a mum I’m short of time and having an easy to use and lather product is essential. It not only cleaned my skin it left my skin feeling well hydrated which is good as lots of products leave my skin feeling dry and itchy. This product was gentle enough to use on my whole family which I was really happy about as I’m currently purchasing three different soaps for all of us. I would recommend this product based on my personal experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! I used the Cetaphil body wash in Refreshing Scent once a day in the shower and wow it really did have a very refreshing scent. I just loved the refreshing scent. My skin is usually quite dry as I’m always at the beach. So when I used this gorgeous refreshing Cetaphil body wash It left my skin feeling quite soft and of course clean as well. This is the most amazing product I have ever used. I have used everything else, soaps, liquids, lotions, etc but none of them have left my skin feeling so calm and soothed. Normally after a shower my skin feels angry, inflamed and itchy. Having a shower with Cetaphil body wash before bed has given me a relaxing, peaceful, calm night sleep, making me wake up in the morning feeling so refreshed and I think it’s helping my eczema to clear because I’m not lying awake all night scratching.

It comes in a plain white bottle with a blue flip lid, green highlights on the label and easy to follow instructions. I wasn’t a great fan of the refreshing scent, so my next bottle bill be fragrance free. Cetaphil Ultra Gentle Body Wash is designed for sensitive skin and contains Aloe Vera, Vitamin B5 and moisturisers and promises to leave skin feeling soft and replenished during and after a shower. Other than the fragrance I love this product, it lathers well, rinses easily and leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth. My skin also doesn’t feel dry and it definitely is not itchy. I also don’t have to apply moisturisers in order to stop the itching on my legs. For me it was also reassuring to know it had been hypoallergenic and dermatologist tested. Whilst I do prefer a pump bottle in the shower, this will not put me off purchasing this body wash in the future.

They have always been a saviour for my poor dry and eczema prone skin. This Ultra Gentle Body Wash did not disappoint and I absolutely loved the new refreshing scent. It was a little bit fruity and zingy and made a nice change from the original scent. It's not too strong and overpowering either which I really liked. This body wash left my skin feeling clean and soft and meant that I didn't even need to use a moisturiser after showing most days because it stops my skin from drying out after use. The flip top bottle is easy to use in the shower and I like the way you can get all of the product out with these types of bottles, rather than having to wrestle with a pump top when it gets too low to come out. I will definitely buy this again once it runs out!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good everyday product I quite liked this cetaphil body wash, after no using the brand cetaphil very much I was interested to see how it performed. It had a nice scent and soaked up quite good on a lupher. The packaging is very informative but very plain, if I seen this product in a supermarket or pharmacy for the first time I probably wouldn’t be drawn to it as it’s practical but not pretty. You can tell once you’ve finished washing that the aloe Vera really shines in this product by leaving your skin extremely soft, also the extra moisturizes in the product help to rejuvenate your skin. I definatly wasn’t left with any dry patches on my skin after using this, as I do with other shower/body wash type products. I appreciate that this product is dermalogically tester, it gives peice of mind that it’s a quality product and well made I would purchase again after using for the first time

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great bodywash for Sensitive & Dry Skin With all the heating during winter and air conditioning on warmer days my skin tend to be on Dry & Sensitive Category.This Cetaphil body wash lather up nicely. The bottle shape it's in a nice shape which able me to hold it easily without slipping from my hand when showering. Love this body wash contains Aloe Vera & Vitamin B5 as I think it really help to soothe my skin and create a moisturizing barrier to my skin . The scent it's refreshing as it has a slight tinge of perfume but very faint smell which is very pleasing to my nose. My skin will itch easily if I don't apply any lotion or body oil. I've tried using this without using any lotion or body oil after shower for a couple of days and it surprise me with the result. I manage to get away without any itchy skin for the day and leave my skin feels great. No more scratches on my dry skin. A good body wash which can be used by my family. Will definitely stocking more of this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great morning body wash I have loved Cetaphil products since I was a teenage, when my mum started buying them to help with my sensative skin. So I knew I would love the Ultra Gentle Body Wash in the Refreshing Scent. The body wash itself is lovely and creates a great lather. It left my skin clean and comfortable. There was no irritation, just as I have come to expect from Cetaphil. The scent is lovely and refreshing. It really woke me up in the morning, however the scent didn't really linger, so it didn't interfere with my perfume. I think I will probably stick to the unscented body wash at night, but for the morning I really love the slightly citrusy scent. The 500ml size is good for the price. The only downside is the lack of pump dispenser. I generally prefer pump dispensers for body wash, so I don't have to pick up the bottle with wet hands in the shower. However, the lid on this Cetaphil body wash was lovely and easy to open, so the were no issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rich and refreshing I was lucky enough to be invited to trial the Cetaphil Body Wash - Refreshing Scent, suitable for sensitive skin. The first thing I had to check out was the scent, what exactly is ‘refreshing’? Unfortunately I still can’t answer that question, but it is refreshing! It’s a beautiful fragrance that isn’t overpowering and it’s not feminine or masculine making it perfect for the whole family to use. The body wash comes in a tall slender bottle with a flip top lid for easy dispensing. The body wash itself is a very thick consistency and I mean very thick, you actually need to give the bottle a good squeeze to get any out, something that my 6 year old struggled with. A twenty cent piece size of body wash is enough for my entire body which is excellent value for money, and the lather you get from the body wash is substantial. I haven’t tried it yet but I feel this would be great for shaving in the shower if you don’t have any shaving cream. Cetaphil claim this is suitable for sensitive skin and that it moisturises as it cleanses. I had no irritation on my skin and it didn’t irritate my eczema at all but I have seen no improvement in the hydration levels in my skin, if anything it’s a little drier than normal. For a gentle daily body wash that’s family and skin friendly I’d recommend the Cetaphil Ultra Gentle Body Wash Refreshing Scent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gentle and fresh Cetaphil Ultra Gentle Body Wash comes in a very generous sized bottle, which will last quite some time even when used morning and night. The bottle has a great curvy shape which makes it much easier to hold in the shower. The scent is incredibly fresh and gentle, not at all overpowering like many body washes can be. It was a rather calming scent, and left my body smelling so lovely and fresh. The scent lasts for roughly an hour or two on the skin before gently fading away. I have very sensitive and dry skin, and go through many soaps and body washes trying to find a product that ticks all the boxes. My skin feels incredibly refreshed after using this product, and the body wash feels so soft. It is a gel consistency, but feels very velvety. My skin is left feeling soft and plump, without being stripped of any moisture. I have not had any bad reactions to this body wash, and have found no dry patches after use. Most body products leave my skin slightly itchy at times, but I have not felt irritated at all while using this body wash. I am extremely pleased!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So refreshing I have tried many different Cetaphil products over the years and I love how simple yet effective their products are. It's great to see they are branching out and have created this great new shower gel. Shower gels are one of those products we go through a lot of and it's always important to find one that is effective, smells nice, doesn't dry out the skin and is good value for money. Cetaphil has managed to achieve that here. The packaging is very easy to use with a flip top lid which means you can easily take it travelling if you need to. I also found the shape of the bottle very easy to grip and the packaging has the distinctive Cetaphil look. You need only a small amount on a loofah and it lathers up quickly giving a refreshing clean. The smell I found was very refreshing without being overpowering which is great. And I think the refreshing smell would be suitable for the whole family. After rinsing it off, my skin did not feel dry at all which is the most important thing for my often dry and temperamental skin. It actually felt a bit more moisturised which is great. Overall this is a great shower gel that would be suitable for almost anyone and I look forward to more great shower gels if Cetaphil release anymore in the future. Thanks to BH and Cetaphil for the opportunity to be in this trial.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fresh scent Scent I love Cetaphil Ultra Gentle Body Wash's refreshing scent. The scent is similar to Dove's Cucumber and Green Tea body wash (the green variant), which is perfect for this warm season. It isn't overpowering and hardly lingers afterwards, so does not compete with perfume. Use I used the product during every shower since I received it for trial. A little product goes a long way in giving an adequate lather. I used it with a shower puff and rubbed in circular motion to gently exfoliate. It rinsed easily without residue. How It Feels It did not dry out my skin and I did not feel the need to moisturise after showering. I can imagine I would need an added moisturiser in winter or after a day in the beach, but for regular use it gave adequate moisturisation. I did not experience any untoward skin reactions. Recommendation I would definitely repurchase again and recommend to anyone.
