Directions

Before usage, make sure the product fits well in the shoe, if necessary remove the existing insole. The heel of the insole should be placed against the back of the shoe and if required, trim the end to the desired size following the guidance lines on the product.

For some people, orthotic insoles may take time to feel comfortable. Feet need to get used to the structural properties of the insole, so a break in period may be necessary. If needed, build use gradually by wearing the In-Balance Orthotic Insoles for an increasing number of hours each day until you can wear them all day.

They improved my posture when I was walking so I actually felt like I was walking taller which then eased pressure on my lower back so I returned from my walk without any discomfort at all. The only drawback I did find is that they were too wide to fit in my favourite walking shoe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After multiple injuries affected my ability to walk and gave me back pain I gave done whatever I can to ease my burden. Scholl In-balance Lower Back Orthotic Insole has been the single most productive step (no pun intended) I have taken in a group that includes very expensive orthotic shoes and cortisone injections in my hip and lower lumbar region. Cost wise and effectiveness this has been my best decision ever in decades long search for relief. Thankyou Scholl I am forever grateful.

They transformed the shoe by lifting and cushioning my foot, which made them lovely and comfortable. I've recently started walking, approx an hour a day and wearing these insoles gave a spring to my step and made my walks enjoyable. Normally when walking and for nowhere near as long, I end up with pain in my lower back. I've had none of these problems to date. Will be buying more, to put in other pair of shoes.

I feel like such an idiot for waiting as it has made a huge difference! I work in a standing/walking job and my feet, legs and back would suffer after a long shift. Since using the Scholl insoles I have barely any pain in my feet even after standing for up to 12 hours. The pain/tiredness I would normally feel in my legs and back is also much less.

Within the first few hours my lower back pain had dissipated to quite an extent, where I did not need to use anti inflammatory pills, which up until now has almost been a daily requirement. They are a little thicker to previous insoles I have used, so was unable to fit in all my shoes, however, they fit perfectly in my runners. Double check the size before purchasing, I got large, I am a size 10, and probably should have gone a medium. Due to this I had to cut them to get a perfect fit, however the instructions on the back of the packaging guide you through this step.

They aren't cheap to buy which has made me hesitant to try them prior to this. I suffer from very painful feet (family genes), back & hip pain and planter fasciitis. I tend to mostly wear my thongs because they are an orthotic style but these insoles meant I could wear a closed in shoe for a change too. I dont think there's any perfect solution but these did help and provide extra comfort allowing me to be on my feet for longer. I will continue to use them. Thanks

I believe wearing the insoles does help to reduce general lower back pain caused by wearing shoes without support. I would definitely consider buying these insole for specific shoes which may need more support.

I also found my lower back pain eased after wearing them for a couple of days which somewhat surprised me. I wasn't expecting an outcome that quickly, so I will definitely keep wearing them as often as I can.

However I was surprised of the comfort and support they gave over the week. Corrected my gait to a degree due to the pain relief from shock absorbent feature of insole. Was very spongy and comfortable and helped with weight bearing on feet. Was best suited to a closed shoe due to the height of the insole however I wore it in sandals as well

Then i went for a 15 minute walk down to the beach and it felt like i was floating on air and they were comfortable. Then walked a little distance near the beach before going back to the Cafe for a coffee or 2 before walking home again. Since then i have kept them in my shoes and they feel really nice and comfortable.

They feel quite bouncy and soft. Did need to cut them down to fit my shoes - which was an easy process. I feel slightly elevated and lean forward with insoles in but feel back is supported and have less lower back pain.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from thick and bouncy This one is quite thick and bouncy. I can only fit it in my NB sneakers which has stretchy upper. There’s almost no grip of heel area because of the thickness- On the bright side tho it makes you look taller lol. The arch is very supported. It’s a shame it can’t fit in other shoes.
