Directions

Before usage, make sure the product fits well in the shoe, if necessary remove the existing insole. The heel of the insole should be placed against the back of the shoe and if required, trim the end to the desired size following the guidance lines on the product.

For some people, orthotic insoles may take time to feel comfortable. Feet need to get used to the structural properties of the insole, so a break in period may be necessary. If needed, build use gradually by wearing the In-Balance Orthotic Insoles for an increasing number of hours each day until you can wear them all day.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Tried but failed [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Insole fitted securely in my shoe and was very easy to position. It was the perfect sizing. Unfortunately I found the Insole uncomfortable for my feet and could not tolerate the discomfort. This was mainly attributable to the Insole height leaving less room in the shoe then what I am used to. I tried thinner socks but this did not help. While the actual contours of the Insole was comfortable from the perspective of the soles of my feet sitting into the curve of the Insole, it was the lack of room in the shoe which made for discomfort in practical usage. I persisted but could not tolerate using the Insoles for more than 2 hours at a time.

Once in it ales a little while to get used to however it eventually molded to the foot and was quite comfortable to walk in. Not sure its a permanent solution to fix lower back pain however it does help a little and I would recommend it.

They felt a little strange when I first used them but once worn for a while they feel more comfortable and offer good arch support.

They were very easy to install as well as swap to different shoes. They did feel like they helped with the pain that I can get sometimes and also while using them I was more aware of the reason why so made sure I kept my posture correct.

I persisted and wore them fairly constantly for a couple of weeks as I thought it would get better with time but this was not the case.
