Directions

Using the precise applicator, apply lipstick in the center of your upper lip and gradually shade in the rest of your lip. For optimal results, use a lip liner to line lips before applying lipstick colour.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So comfortable and pigmented [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with Rimmel London´s Lasting Finish Extreme Lipstick, seriously everyone needs to try this especially if you want a very moisturising and comfortable lipstick. The formula is ultra creamy, glides on easily and is so comfortable to wear. I am so impressed that this was so moisturising, my lips did not dry out at all and the colour stayed even for the whole day. I have Dat Red and it is the perfect true red that just makes my skin and features pop. The colour payoff is insane, one swipe and the colour is bold and opaque. I love the teardrop shape, it is perfect for filling out my cupids bow and means I can get away without using lipliner. The finish is semi-matte which I love because it makes my lips look really healthy and full. This is the perfect lipstick if you like a bold lip but don't want to be worrying about it during the day or night - it stays put and is so smooth and comfortable. I would definately reccomend this and will be buying in other colours.

I love the teardrop shape of the lipstick, it made direct application more precise. At first when I applied the lipstick, it was so creamy I actually wondered how it could be long lasting, but wow it stayed on really well and even when I went to take it off it left a beautiful stain on the lips. Great price for this product!

I got shade in 200 Blush Touch, which is pinky mauvy nude. I have pigmented lip colour with lots of purple in them, so prefer all lip colours to have purple in them and be on a cool side. This shade is "nude" on me. One swipe gives fully pigmented coverage. Formula is creamy and thin, super lightweight. Gives matte finish, but soft and strangely moisturizing. No cracking with this one. Does not set 100%. Will transfer when blotting. Does last me as long as I leave it on between eating/drinking. I take always lip product off before consuming stuff. Not comfortable with eating lipsticks. Bullet is well made. Curved. I have small lips and this concave slanted sharp tip, paints lips perfectly precise. Stays shaped with use like that. Packaging is super light plastic. Bullet pulls in completely, so will not get damaged when placing the cap back. Overall well made. Great everyday lip paint. . No bleeding or feathering.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A New Fave Lippy! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this in X-Tremely Bare and it's a bold nude that I can wear. I love nudes and this is one that does make me look a little more 'dressed up' and special than other nudes I use. Nudes tend to be quite subtle with a bit of a well-groomed look but this lipstick in this nude colour actually goes to the next level. The thing though that stands out to me is how extremely smooth and buttery this feels to apply - like a real high end lipstick. In fact, the shape of the lipstick also reminds me very much of my Clarins lippy. It's identical in shape as it has a slimmer pointier end a bit like a teardrop shape. This makes it really easy to apply and combined with the texture of the formula, this lipstick feels like luxury to use. The is a few differences between the Clarins one and this Rimmel one and that is the Clarins one is just slightly, a couple of millimeters longer when fully wound up. Not much difference though! They both have a gentle fragrance albeit quite different. This Rimmel one has a gentle, sweet cookie-dough like scent. (The canisters are for what I can tell almost identical too and so similar in design it's uncanny - like they are twin sisters.) So this Rimmel lippy is awesome for the price-point. My hubby said I looked beautiful when he caught me wearing it. I knew it was this lipstick that caught his eye because it really is very flattering and more bold than what I would normally wear but not too bold to make me look overdone or anything like that. I can actually wear this for daytime wear and it's not garish at all. I actually totally love how it wears and feels on my lips - it feels nurturing and creamy. The colour also hangs around quite well too. I'll be looking into the other colours in this range now that I've tried this one. This lipstick is a treat and I can highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful red lipstick, I loved the formula so much it's very buttery and moisturizing, it's non drying so you won't have to worry about flaking or drying out your lips. It is best used with a lip liner to prevent bleeding since it is such a moisturizing formula. It does last for quite a while but you will need touch-ups. It's nice and pigmented so if you blot with a tissue it leaves a really pretty stain which I love!

I was surprised at the tear shape design but it ended up being the perfect shape for applying to my cupids bow. It glided on effortlessly despite my dry lips and actually left them feeling moisturised. I spent the day outside in the sun and wind and it lasted 6 hours before I felt like it needed a touch up. I was expecting it to rub off when I ate and drank but it didn't. I was definitely impressed and highly recommend this to anyone wanting a lipstick that is easy to apply and lasts.

I tried shade 700 X-tremely Bare, which is natural, brown nude shade. The lipsticks come in a black case which also has a colour strip that shows the lipstick shade inside. This makes it easy to identify a certain shade if you have more than one lipstick colour. The lipstick has a teardrop shape and is curved which makes it quick and easy to apply directly to the lips and gives you a precise, even application. it glides on very smoothly and provides pigmented colour. It does take a few minutes to set into a more lasting, matte finish, and I found the colour did stay on my lips for hours. It has a pleasant fruity scent and I am surprised that it doesn't dry out my lips, even though it's long-wearing. This lipstick is great value and is ideal for anyone who wants a non-drying, lasting lip colour. I will purchase other shades in the future.

It is a very smooth formula with extreme pigmentation, lasting all day. The vibrant summer french girl red allows buildable coverage to form a deeper red for the evening. I totally agree with Rimmel London as they state the "teardrop shaped lipstick makes application easy". It automatically follows the natural shape of your lips, whether they're thin or full it gives a constant flow of colour. The bright red with almost a strawberry-coral undertone on my fair skin makes my blue eyes pop! I will be definitely purchasing more of these lipsticks as they're very affordable...score! Plus, very easy and clean removal, even so it is a red...very impressed! Nothing to fault on this product, would highly recommend!

However the teardrop shape is a game changer, it really allowed me to apply the bold red to my lips with very little mistakes. It truly felt amazing on, it wasn't sticky but it also wasn't drying my lips out, making it a perfect formula for my preferences. Also didn't budge which was excellent. The only downfall I found was the discrepancy in colour. I tried the 520 Dat Red, which in pictures looks like a blue toned red. However, I noticed it comes out more like an orange toned red which I personally don't like with my skin tone. Other than that, I can't fault it.

It did last well (bit hard to get it all off) but didn’t set as well as I prefer - easily smudged and a tendency to bleed. Colour was fantastically vibrant and texture was great but I wouldn’t recommend it if you need a stay style or suffer with bleeding (even with a good lip liner)

I went for Blush Touch which is a relatively neutral shade which goes with everything. The lipstick is creamy and goes on easily. It's not as long lasting as other lipsticks I've used and did need frequent reapplication. Overall the lipstick was good although it does have a strong fragrance and taste. However this was not unpleasant. I found that it did not dry out my lips like some other brands.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lasring, but not extreme [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lasting finish lipstick arrived in time for stage 3 and 4 COVID restrictions in Melbourne-perfectly timed to see whether it could cope with the rigors of mask wearing. Application was a breeze with the tear drop pointed tip, the texture was silken and creamy without a drying effect. Mauve Maxx was a deep enough hue to look like I was wearing lippie but also natural enough for the bare faced look mask wearing demands. A little disappointed that it did transfer to the mask, but not completely and the transfer to tea cup was minimal. Overall, a pleasing result and I look forward to wearing often once our mask restrictions are lifted.

The shape of the stick made it easier to apply to my top lip however personally I found it trickier at first to apply to my bottom lip. It didn't tend to smudge much on cutlery and glasses which is a big plus and the colour stayed bright and vibrant all day.

This lipstick is long lasting and as such, a touch drying. It's super pigmented and only needs to be touched to the lips to impart colour. I like the tapered shape of the bullet allowing easy and precise application. I found it lasted a fair few hours and seemed to wear off evenly. I preferred to apply it by pressing it onto the lips with my finger for a more natural look. Fab lipstick!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from beautiful colour payoff!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never used Rimmel lipsticks before so I was very excited to try this product! It is in a unique tear-shape which I found helpful as I was able to apply the lipstick easily to both my bottom and top lip. It is a creme formula so it wasn’t as long-lasting as say, a matte liquid lip, but that is to be expected. The lipstick has minimalist, standard packaging which honestly is a little boring, but the pigment on this product is amazing!! I only needed one (lighthanded) swipe and boom! Instant colour. I have the shade Blush Touch (200) and when I say that colour is stunning, I mean it. It’s the perfect burgundy nude that works so well with any pink eyeshadow look. (Plus, it smells amazing! Not strong enough to be floral but it doesn’t have that metallic smell that most other lipsticks have.) The lipstick is very soft, however, so be careful putting it on as it may snap if used with a heavy hand. Overall I am very happy. Would definitely recommend, particularly the colour Blush Touch!
