Directions

Adults: 2 tablets daily with food or as prescribed by your healthcare professional.

I would definitely recommend that one tries them to see if they are suitable as it does take a good month of consistent tablet taking before one will notice results or not. Other than for me, they are worth it and price wise, if I can get them when on sale, is even better.
