Directions

Adults: 2 tablets daily with food or as prescribed by your healthcare professional.

There was a time when it was unavailable and I tried a couple of other brands until MenoEze Forte 90s was back in stock. My symptoms during that time were back to before I'd used MenoEze Forte 90s. So now I always make sure I've got a spare box. My only issue is the price. It's a lot more expensive than the other brands. I have to save for it, which is becoming increasingly difficult and may have to stop buying it and suffer.
