Toleriane Caring Face Wash 200mL is a face cleanser that gently cleanses skin and removes make-up - with cocobetaine, a gentle, cleansing surfactant combined with 4 caring ingredients. Toleriane Caring Wash Cleanser has a soft, milky texture to reduce friction, and to rinse-off, it features La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water. Directions

Lather up a small amount of Toleriane Caring Face Cleanser with wet hands.
Apply to the face avoiding the eye area. Massage into skin with a gentle motion, rinse, then pat dry without rubbing.

Either I get rashes or it leaves my skin irritated. This product, however, leaves my skin feeling soft and cleansed. I have been using this product since a year now and can 100% recommend to people with all skin types.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from La Roche Possay’s Toleriane Caring Face is an excellent face wash especially if you have dry or sensitive skin.\nI have been using this face wash for almost a year now and started when I was pregnant - it is wonderful for sensitive skin! Now that I’ve had my baby, my skin is also terribly dry thanks to my hormonal imbalance and sleepless nights and has also become extra sensitive and sometimes red typically after exfoliating. \nThis face wash is amazing as it provides the most gentle yet effective cleanse. I also double cleanse with it if i have any make up on. Its scent is neutral and leaves my skin feeling extra clean, soft, supple, well balanced and hydrated with no tight feeling. \nAnyone of any age can use this amazing face wash although I definitely highly recommend it if you have sensitive, dry or red skin and if you are pregnant or postpartum. \n

It's gentle and your face just feels very clean afterwards! A bottle will also last you quite a while, so very good value for money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I believe proper cleansing of the skin is the most important step in my skincare routine so I’m always excited to try a different face cleanser.  I purchased the La Roche-Posay Toleriane Caring Wash because it is for dry skin, is soap-free and preservative-free.  It is also fragrance-free but I actually like a fragrance in my skincare products.  \n \nThe cleanser is packaged in a large, white tube which holds 200ml of product. Information about the product and directions for use are printed on the back of the tube.  \n \nThe cleanser is enriched with the caring benefits of four active ingredients, niacinamide, glycerin and panthenol to soothe, repair and protect dry to very dry skin, and is formulated to remove impurities and make-up without over drying or irritating the skin.  \n \nTo cleanse my skin I slightly dampen my face and then gently massage the cleanser, which is light in consistency, all over my face to dissolve my makeup.  I then use warm water and a makeup removal towel to complete the cleansing process.  The creamy cleanser leaves my face feeling soft and smooth, and not at all dry.  Just comfortable, hydrated skin without that tight, squeaky clean feeling.  \n \nI can totally recommend the La Roche-PosayToleriane Caring Wash to anyone who has mature, normal to dry skin like mine.  \n

Not only do I use it but my two teenagers use it for their sensitive skin and it's the only face wash that they can use that doesn't irritate their skin, it is a must have in our household.  I repurchase this quite often and totally recommend if you are sensitive and want a clean face

The cleanser doesn't irritate my face and my skin doesn't feel tight or dry after rinse off, instead my skin feels very clean, smooth with natural glow. The cleanser is fragrance free and didn't cause breakouts on my skin. Highly recommend to people with dry or sensitive skin.

This face was is super gentle and very effective, it’s a slippery creamy gel like consistency and it glides over skin with gentle foam easily removing all makeup and grime without stripping precious oils and drying my skin. This feels lovely on my skin and after cleansing my skin feels so soft and smooth, I love that there’s no irritation involved with this product so great for anyone with sensitive skin. It’s great value as it lasts for ages as the tube is quite large and I don’t use a lot. There is not a lot of foam so stubborn waterproof mascara may need something stronger. Overall though I loved this cleanser and I would buy it again

I love that it is fragrance free. The cleanser is gentle on my skin and did leave my face feeling hydrated and clean although I do have to use it twice if I am wearing makeup.\nI didn’t really notice that made any difference to my redness but would recommend it as a good gentle cleanser.\n \n

It is fragrance free and very gentle on my skin- there was no redness or that tight feeling afterwards. It has a light milky texture and left my face feeling clean after a day at work. I don’t wear foundation or heavy makeup so not sure how it would be used as a remover. You really only need a pea size, so I can see the tube lasting a while. The lid is about the only thing I would change, just found it hard to close and doesn’t dispense sparingly. However, if you are looking for a cleanser that is sensitive skin friendly I would highly recommend.

I love the milky light weight gel type consistency it feels so so soothing on the skin and doesn't irritate or sting. There's a lot of product in the tube which is definitely value for money however the packaging does make it quite hard to control how much product can be squeezed out as the tube can squirt out a lot in one go if you're not careful. I find this removes all dirt, everyday makeup and cleanses the face so well without stripping it of my skins natural oils and leaves the skin feeling soft, supple and hydrated. I love this cleanser and will definitely restock after I run out.

Removes make up well. I like to double cleanse at night after a day of makeup and sunscreen and this cleanses thoroughly without irritating. The product size is generous and a little goes a long way (although be careful not to squeeze the tube too hard or you may get a lot more product than you bargained for).

It is gentle on the skin and cleanses really well without that tight feeling that some other products have. Also, I have quite sensitive skin and this product is one of only a few that doesn't make my skin go red or feel uncomfortable after using. It comes in a very generous sized tube, and I don't need to use a lot each time to get fresh, clean skin. I often double cleanse as I wear long-wearing foundation, and I was pleased that this cleanser doesn't leave my cheeks feeling tight, dry or red after double cleansing! There is no heavy fragrance to irritate the skin or eye area and it rinses off really well leaving no heavy, greasy film. This cleanser is perfect for sensitive, dry skin and I will definitely buy this in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is definitely one of the best non-lathering milky cleansers I've used. I have dry skin so it really appreciates a cleanser like this that is free of foaming sulfates. It does a good job removing makeup but I would suggest first using a micellar/makeup remover before this cleanser, or double cleansing just to make sure it gets all the makeup off. I thought I wouldn't like this cleanser when I first used it because I'm so used to foaming ones, but I got used to it quickly and definitely see a difference in the moisture that is still left in my skin immediately after cleansing. Also, unlikely a lot of these no-foam cleansers, it doesn't leave any reside on the skin. Great, no fuss packaging too - just be careful because it is very easy to squirt out too much product and waste it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I received this product as part of the review crew, and I am so thrilled I did. I tend to have quite sensitive skin and absolutely loved this product. The bottle is quite large so you get a lot for your money, although I tended to use quite a lot of product to feel my face was truly clean. There wasn't really a smell to the product which I liked as I really hate anything with a strong smell or scent. The instructions on the bottle state that you wet your hands and create a foam that you then lather on your face which I did, I think this method worked really well and resulted in my face feeling very clean. I didn't find it drying which sometimes happens with my skin, I will be buying again!

The bottle is large and a little goes a long way with this product, so great value for the price, just note it’s very easy to squeeze out a lot of product each time. This was gentle on my skin and didn’t leave that terrible tingling feeling you get after having some cleansers. Initially didn’t see much of a difference but after a few days my skin felt softer and didn’t say out as much during the day, I also noticed I wasn’t getting pimples anymore next to my nose under where I by glasses sit (these pimples happens to me a lot in summer when it’s is hot). Great product and is now in my daily skin routine.

My skin feels really soft and calm after using it and it hasn't cause any irritation. It doesn't contain any fragrance or harsh ingredients and  I would definitely recommend this cleanser to anyone with dry or sensitive skin. \n

I have dry, quite sensitive skin, that often reacts to facial cleansers and moisturisers, so I was pleasantly surprised by this cleanser. It does an excellent job of removing any makeup leftover from my micellar water, and removes any dirt and grime from the day. It smells like almost nothing (which is so nice that it isn't frangraced!), and is quite a runny, creamy consistency. This cleanser lathers into a thick, rich, gentle feeling foam. After cleansing my face I experienced no tightness or irritation, which I normally get with most cleansers I have tried. I would highly recommend this to anyone with sensitive skin!

The texture is runny/milky and once on your skin becomes so creamy and luxurious. Will definitely repurchase!!

I was doubtful that it would remove my makeup when I first tried it but it does a fantastic job. \nI would actually say it is one of the best cleansers I’ve used when it comes to getting my makeup off. Plus it doesn’t leave my face feeling scrubbed and tight and dry. My skin can be quite sensitive and red as I suffer from eczema but this has just been brilliant. It’s really gentle and quite a thin consistency but as soon as you put it on you can see it lifting the makeup off. It’s really gentle and has no fragrance and does a really great job. \n

It’s a dream at removing makeup and his this beautiful milky silky smooth texture that just makes you want to use it again and again. Very impressed.  Will definitely be buying again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This cleanser is a god send for my sensitive skin.  It is so gentle, yet removes make up and left my face feeling clean, but not squeaky clean.  It comes in a generous sized tube with a flip top lid.  It stands nicely in the shower on it's lid, which I'm sure will make it perfect for getting every last scrap out of it.  The product does dispense a little quickly though, so it took me a couple of goes to get the technique right.  The cleanser is thick and creamy enough to feel luxe on the skin, but lotion enough to glide over the face.  It has no fragrance.  It left my skin feeling clean and soft, with no tightness or dryness.  Even though it says it's for dry skin, my oily t zone was still able to be cleansed more than adequately.\nIf you have problems with dry, sensitive skin, give this one a try.\n

Perfect for dry skin, it helps protect your skin's barrier and is so gentle whilst effective. Would be great in a double cleanse routine if you are a heavy make up wearer (which I am not) so not sure how it goes solo at removing excessive make up. This I will be repurchasing for sure! Highly recommend.
