Toleriane Caring Face Wash 200mL is a face cleanser that gently cleanses skin and removes make-up - with cocobetaine, a gentle, cleansing surfactant combined with 4 caring ingredients. Toleriane Caring Wash Cleanser has a soft, milky texture to reduce friction, and to rinse-off, it features La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water. Directions

Lather up a small amount of Toleriane Caring Face Cleanser with wet hands.
Apply to the face avoiding the eye area. Massage into skin with a gentle motion, rinse, then pat dry without rubbing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Non stripping and gentle but bad packaging This wash is so gentle and moisturing and really took my dry sensitive itchy winter skin back to hydrated and non sensitive. This wash does not remove make-up, I would remove makeup and sunscreen first with some micellar water. One negative is that the packaging sucks. The liquidy wash just pours freely out of the spout, so you end up wasting a lot of product when trying to dispense. A pump would be much better for the consistency of this product. I have to store mine upside down but still waste so much product when I try to use it. The lid and the tube near the lid also cracked for me after dropping it once, I wish I could get some replacement packaging.

Doesn’t have any actives in it but great for a mild gentle cleanser if you have irritated or sensitive skin. Doesn’t dry skin, skin feels clean after use and haven’t had breakouts since using. Won’t use any other cleanser now.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I was sent this product to review and the tube is so large I think it will last me six months.  I found that I used it as a second cleanse after first cleaning my lashes properly.  It is soft and silky, not a huge lather but I personally prefer that.  Definitely gentle to my skin, love that it's not gritty or detergenty and I will continue using it - five stars!

The packaging was easy to use and store, and did not leak. \nI found this to be an enjoyable product to use each night as it was very moisturising and did not dry out my normal/dry skin or leave a filmy residue behind. Unfortunately it wasn't able to remove all of my makeup and I needed to finish off washing my face with a miceller water afterwards. It had a lovely rich lather and also had no scent. Very gentle for those with sensitive and/or dry skin. I will continue to use the product and may consider purchasing once I'm finished. \n

I try using my normal cleanser every now and then because this can feel a bit heavy and feels like it leaves a coating. I like cleansers that clean my skin without stripping and while I alternate this with my normal one I still feel like I benefit from this. If you have dry sensitive skin I highly recommend this.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from On receiving this product I loved the clean look of the packaging and was a great size for value.  I trialled the caring wash for around 3 weeks washing my face both morning and night with it.  There is no fragrance to the product and feels very creamy when massaging into my face. Of a morning with a clean face the product felt great and my skin felt fresh afterwards with no irritation.  Whilst using of a night after wearing makeup for the day I did find that I had to do a double cleanse in order to get all the makeup off.  Overall it was not drying and I think good value for money for those with sensitive skin.

Although it was a little more drying then the cleanser I usually use I think for the price and the product size this is a great addition to any skin care routine.

I love that it doesn’t have much smell and it feels hydrating but cleansing. Great results taking day makeup off etc. My sensitive skin has reacted well to this new cleanser and I’m feeling like it’s a worthwhile product for me to keep using.

I use it on my pink magic cloth and it removes all traces of make up but I miss the bubbles. I don’t like my skin being squeaky clean but I am lazy and don’t like to tone so a little lather is good. \n\nFragrance free is always a huge plus when I am using anything one my face. Having sensitive skin I can get a very light rash all over my face from many other face washes but I can vouch for no rash, no itchy skin or eyes, just a good range for people with really dry, sensitive skin. \n\n

I found it was super gentle and calming on my skin, removed most makeup and cleansed well leaving my skin smooth and soft. It’s great for dry skin as it leaves you feeling moisturized, not greasy or tight. Have noticed a great improvement in the texture of my skin and will continue to use!

The product itself doesn't really lather well, although this is not unsurprising as it is a soap alternative. After your second cleanse the gel lathers much better. The gel is thick and clear, with only a very soft clean smell. I love that it is fragrance free, and a small amount goes a long way. My skin feels hydrated after cleansing and is fantastic for sensitive skin. I would recommend it as a reliable gentle cleanser in a good price range. \n

While this cleanser wasn’t good at removing all traces of makeup, it is good if you’ve already removed your makeup and want to clear away the daily dirt & grime at the end of the day, or to refresh your skin in the morning. This cleaner is hydrating and gentle, leaving your skin feeling clean, smooth and soft. Great for sensitive skin

You only need a small amount to clean your face and neck and due to the packaging design the cleanser comes out quite quickly so you need to be careful when dispensing the product.I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who has dry and sensitive skin.

I’ve tried La Roche-Posay products that I loved, and others that I’ve hated, so was keen to see how this one performed for my skin.\nThe packaging is good, however I found it hard to dispense at times (wasted a fair bit of the product because of this). If I could change anything about the product, it would be to correct that.\nIn regards to performance, it does what it promises. It cleanses the skin thoroughly, without causing any irritation or sensitivity. If you have skin that often reacts to cleansers than I definitely think this is the product for you, but it would be suitable for any skin type. \n

Very effective for make up removal and non irritating as well! My main dislike was the packaging, I found it very difficult to just dispense a small amount of product and therefore ended up wasting a lot- the formula is quite runny for a squeeze tube package. Would definitely buy this again!

While the cleansing milk cream did not dry out or irritate my sensitive skin it didn't clean as well as I would have hoped and it takes a lot of product to remove makeup ( and I don't wear alot). I like the fact that is is fragrance free ( plus while pregnant as a lot of scents are overpowering). Would recommend this as a second step to a double cleans.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I liked this product as it was definitely true to what is says for sensitive skin however if you are wanting a product to give you more of a deeper clean, this won’t be it. It’s gentle and leaves your skin feeling clean and fresh and a little does go a long way so for an everyday cleanser it would work just fine. You would need something else though if you were wanting to take off heavy duty make up. Great that it doesn’t leave your skin feeling stripped though which is why it would be great for sensitive skin.

Also it leaks quite a bit, i wished this came in the pump the American version comes in. Have found myself loving and using other face washes over these, because they deliever simliar results with less hassle. Really dont want to be buying a face wash that ends upjust leaking
