Directions

Apply shampoo generously to wet hair. Massage into a creamy lather, and help conserve water by turning off the shower while you lather. Rinse off thoroughly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Definitely recommend [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really really like this product and would definitely recommend it. When it arrived the bottles where nicely packaged together and the bottles looked nice and fitted well in the shower as they weren’t too big but not too small. A feature that I really liked about the bottles is that you can recycle them which is very good so your not just wasting plastic. When I opened the bottle to smell the scent I was very pleased with the nice light subtle scent it had, it reminded me of the body shop coconut body lotions which are my favourite so I was very happy with the scent. I liked that they had on the back of bottles a list of nasty ingredients that they don’t add into the product, I also love that on the ingredients list next to each ingredient they tell you what each ingredient means and what they purpose is which is good cause sometimes you read the ingredients list and it’s hard to understand. I like the design ok the front of the bottles very pretty. The first time I used the shampoo it felt nice and silk in my hands and it lathered well into my hair and when I rinsed it out my hair felt really nice and clean and slightly moisturised which is good to have in a shampoo as some shampoos are very drying but this one was not drying at all. My hair was quite dirty when I started so I did two shampoo rinses and that was good my scalp felt very clean, my hair after the second shampoo felt a little dry but that’s normal for two shampoo rinses but then I thought well that would be a good test for the conditioner then. When I felt the conditioner it felt very thick and soft, I then applied it to my hair and brushed it through my hair. Now let me tell you this, my hair gets so tangled after shampooing and when I went to brush through the conditioner through my hair it brushed through so easily like butter it was insane. I am obsessed with this conditioner, it acted almost like a hair mask. I then left the conditioner on for about 3-5 minutes and then rinsed it out, when I rinsed the conditioner out it was very silky and smooth and my hair has never felt more soft and my hair type is dry and a little damaged from colouring my hair blonde for years. I was so incredibly impressed with the conditioner. After using the shampoo and conditioner I then let my hair air dry and when it dried my hair was so shiny and soft and smelt very nice, the smell wasn’t too overpowering but it was there and smelt amazing my husband loved it haha. After about two weeks of using the shampoo and conditioner my hair has never felt so healthy, it’s shiny and soft and hardly gets tangled. Definitely would be buying this again.

I have really REALLY greasy hair and I was super skeptical about using a hydrating shampoo but this cleans my hair squeaky clean. My hair has always been a nightmare, greasy roots, frizzy curly dry ends. It looks so healthy and shiny and feels incredibly soft, tangles less than usual. It smoothes out my curls and makes my hair more straight/wavy but I think it's pretty worth it now that my hair feels more manageable. I have a really dry itchy scalp and have used big brand "anti-dandruff" shampoos that made my hair even more dry, but after a few weeks of using this my scalp already feels less itchy and dry and I have noticeably less dandruff. My hair smells so nice, like coconut and the smell is still there even days after it has been washed. I definitely recommend trying this for anyone with combination hair, I never would have picked this up off the shelf but I am so glad a got the chance to try it, is now part of my essentials!

I loved the vanilla and coconut undertones but I will have to admit that the scent on the hair does not last that long. I loved how easy the product lathered into my hair. Sometimes with shampoos, I find that I need a lot of product for my hair but this one lathered really well and left my hair feeling clean and hydrated afterwards. I'd definitely repurchase given the price point and how well it worked on my hair. Does what it promises!

I tend to have quite dry/normal hair but it can get very oily with certain shampoos as I’m quite physical in my everyday life. I found that on the third days that I usually wash my hair; my hair was not oily whatsoever. My scalp felt moisturised without it feeling oily or heavy. The scent is also a plus and smells great! Shampoo makes a great lather and leaves my hair clean and smelling great. I have always found with most herbal essences products that I tend to like them for being “gentle” on my hair type and they always smell lovely. Recommend!

The smell is lovely, and it clearly stays in your hair as I got compliments after using it. It's thick and lathers up well. It felt like it got my hair fairly clean, although I did have to scrub a bit more than usual. It washes out easily and left my hair feeling fresh, moisturised and smelling amazing. I have frizzy, wavy hair that's an odd combination of oily at the roots and dry at the end. I found it left the end feeling more moistured although I did notice the roots got oilier a bit quicker than I would've liked. It's definitely a shampoo for those with hair in need of moisture and those who want their hair to be left feeling soft, fresh, and good enough to eat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Superb Shampoo [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried other shampoos in the Herbal Essences bio:renew range and have been happy with them, and this coconut milk shampoo is just as good with the added bonus of a beautiful coconut scent. I like the size of the bottle and the easy flip-top lid. The consistency of the shampoo is excellent as it comes out of the bottle easily and is not too runny. I use slightly more than a teaspoon of shampoo to do my shoulder length hair and that is more than sufficient. It lathers up quickly and easily and rinses out well without leaving behind any residue. I have normal hair and have been using this shampoo daily for two weeks and have found that it leaves my hair and scalp in good condition, feeling clean and healthy. I would have no hesitation in buying this shampoo again and in recommending it to family and friends.

When open you can instantly smell the most beautiful sweet coconut scent which I really like. The shampoo is white in colour, it lathers really well as I gently massage it from my roots to the ends of my hair then it washes out just as well. I would purchase this again as usually after washing my hair and if left to dry naturally my hair feels frizzy and course where as even ever the first use of this shampoo my hair feels nice and clean, really soft and really smooth which makes it look and feel more healthy. I would recommend this to my family and friends as I have really enjoyed using this shampoo and just love how my hair feels since using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually really liked the Shampoo (and conditioner), anything coconut scented, you cant go wrong! A good size bottle, inviting eye catching packaging, I like that the lid pops down securely, sounds silly but a loose lid on a shampoo bottle annoys me! Like I said, a lovely scent of island vibes~coconut! I liked how it distributed a generous amount of product in my hair, it wasn't a runny texture which I liked too, it distributed evenly, no unnecessary residue, my locks felt soft after washing it out and followed by the conditioner too. My hair wasnt flyway afterwards. I usually feel like I know when I like or dislike a shampoo and this one I like:)

I used this with the Herbal Essences Bio:Renew Coconut Milk Conditioner and my hair feels so so soft. My hair feels super clean after using this in the shower, doesn't leave my hair feeling greasy or stringy or anything, and using the conditioner after just makes it all the better. The smell of the product is fantastic as well, I've had coworkers comment on how good it smells from even standing next to me. I highly recommend this shampoo as it truly does make my hair feel nice and clean and super refreshed, and my hair no longer breaks when brushing it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best fragrance for a coconut shampoo This is the best fragrance for a coconut shampoo I've ever come across on the market. It has a light and pleasant smell unlike the usual overwhelmingly strong coconut scent on other similar shampoo products. The flip top makes it easy to use and the colour of the bottle is easily identifiable as it's synonymous with the coconut fruit. I have very dry, fine, long and straight waist-length hair which can be quite unmanageable when shampooing. However, on first use, this product works wonders as it makes the hair soft and smooth and shortens the washing time. After towel drying, it also makes it 80% easier to comb through which eliminates the chore of combing and reduces the pain. The hair also looks smoother and more hydrated than before use.

For a supermarket brand, this is now my go-to. It's affordable and easily accessible, but beside these two factors it actually works! This shampoo aims to provide soft flowing hair which is crafted with 0% parabans, antioxidants, aloe and sea kelp. The packaging is easy to use with a squeeze top lid. I really love the new design by Herbal Essence, it makes the brand look sophisticated and high-end. The contents of the product itself is lovely. The scent is coconut which reminds me of summer and is deprived from coconut milk, leaving my roots shiny without any oily residue When applying, you only need a 20 scent size worth of product as it lathers quite well. Overall this has been the only hair product in a very long time that I have gotten excited about. When paired with the conditioner it's such a strong combo which leaves my hair shiny, nourished, conditioned, healthy and smelling like coconuts! I will continue to purchase this product as it's such a lovely product that works well for my hair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extremely hydrating and smells great I was extremely interested in trying out the new Herbal Essences bio:renew Coconut Water Shampoo & Conditioner. Over the past few years I have only used Shampoo and Conditioner that my hairdresser suggested for me. However changing it up isn’t a bad thing, so when the opportunity to try out this new range came about I was all for given it a go. What I look for in a Shampoo is something that makes my hair feel and smell clean and that foams up quite well in the hair. This Shampoo did everything I had hoped for, between washes the fresh and clean scent stayed on the hair, which was great. I find when a Shampoo foams up it is then a sign that it is actually cleaning my hair. My hair was left feeling clean and hydrated, often Shampoos can leave the hair dry but in the case of the Herbal Essences bio:renew range you will get clean and hydrated hair.

My partner asked me where I got set from as he didn't recognise the packaging either! Shampoo was easy to dispense and had a lovely floral scent that filled up the bathroom. The shampoo lathered up well and left my hair feeling clean. I tried the shampoo a few times and enjoyed the product (as did my partner!). I find it's a good shampoo that leaves my hair clean and nice smelling for a few days. Some shampoos I've tried did not clean my hair and I would have oily roots just after a day. Very happy with the Herbal Essences bio:renew range. I would definitely repurchase to alternate with my toning shampoos on days that I feel that my hair colour is not brassy.

With the new Herbal Essences Bio:Renewal Coconut Water Shampoo, my hair feels clean and i can go 3-4 days without washing it again! AMAZING! The packaging of the shampoo is simple and easy to read. i love the shape of the bottle as it is easy to hold in the shower and has a good squeeze. I do think the colour of the bottle could have been a little brighter as i feel it will not stand out enough on a shelf in the store. The smell was a very gentle coconut scent, it is not overwhelming however it also does not hang around in the hair either. I do wish the scent throw was a little stronger. my biggest benefit of this shampoo is how easily it removed products like hairspray and styling gel. Makes it a lot easier to remove those long hair days out without being to long in the shower was very impressed with this shampoo!

I'm already using Herbal Essences but their new range Herbal Essences Bio: Renew Coconut Water really stepped it up. I didn't think that they'd make such a major improvement, even though their other ranges were already good The formula was thin and it's very bubbly even a small amount. After washing, my hair didn't feel extremely dry like most shampoos do after washing but my head definitely felt very clean. Even hopping out of the shower without the conditioner, my hair was still quite manageable; I didn't experience any tangling or getting split ends after the washes. Love the coconut scent too, it just makes me melt whenever I smell it However, I don't really like the packaging. The shape of the bottle is cute, but the colours just seemed so bland and boring compared to their other ranges. I just felt like it didn't jump out at me when I first saw it. In comparison to their other ranges, because they are brightly coloured for each different scent and formula/hair type, they definitely caught me eyes more than this one Other than that, I really like it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Refreshed, moisturised and noticably smooth I trialled the Herbal Essences bio:renew Coconut Water Shampoo this fortnight. I used it specifically after giving my hair a reall workout with the heat styling tools for a big weekend out to see how it renewed my hair. It comes in a stylish dark bottle and has a beautiful light but fresh smell, I thought it smelled more floral than coconutty. Nothing too overpowering, just fresh. I probably used to much to start with, I found it really bubbly. I always double wash but I felt that this shampoo left my hair feeling clean and soft after just 1 wash. I double washed anyway and my hair felt really softened and the ends felt smoothed. I found my hair to be really manageable afterwards, normally I find it to be knotty and dry feeling, but after this shampoo my hair just felt nice and clean and seemed faster and more manageable to style also. I'd definitely buy again!

I feel like im on a tropical holiday everytime i wash my hair. A lovely scent of coconut. I love that the range is paraben and colourant free, meand less nasties going into my hair. It also offers antioxidants which is always a bonus, as well as coconut milk which is very hydrating. Some times i find hydrating products weigh down my hair and make it greasy after a few no wash days. With this shampoo my hair was left silky smooth and so so soft. I also found in conjunction with the conditioner my fly aways were calmed down. My partner also used the shampoo and conditioner i asked him what he thought of it and he said it rocked his socks! He was even more impressed when i mentioned it hasn't even been released yet! This range will definitely be in our household full time.

Firstly, the packaging is very different to what is in their range now. I feel like they are experimenting 'to' much and need to pin point a design once and for all! The coconut milk in the shampoo smells amazing! Really relaxing and tropical like so it felt like I was giving my hair a real treat especially with all the benefits coconut products have. Washing the shampoo into my damp hair was a breeze. I have long dark hair so this formula latched on to every strand and hydrated my hair from within. I always use shampoo twice and the second time I felt made all the difference. The formula was superb which worked great on my oily/ course hair! I would highly recommend this product and would happily purchase :)

For me I have always loved Herbal Essences products mainly because they always make my hair smell amazing and this one doesn't disappoint. This one seems to be in a new bio:renew range that has less of the nasty ingredients which is always a good thing.<br />The product packaging looks good with a brown bottle with leaves around the top half. It looks more fancier then the typical Herbal Essences packaging. The bottle is also easy to use and I had no problems holding it in the shower which can be a problem with some packaging.<br />The consistency of the product is very rich and creamy and on applying it to my hair I find it is easy to get it to lather and rinse out. I have very dry and damaged hair so it's important for me to find a shampoo that doesn't strip the moisture from my hair and so far this product has been good at keeping it hydrated.<br />The shampoo smells very strongly of coconut and after washing with both the Herbal Essences bio:renew Coconut Milk Shampoo & Conditioner my hair smells so good and feels soft and more hydrated.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from trial team Thank you Beauty Heaven for giving me opportunity to trial Herbal Essence Coconut Milk shampoo I have used this shampoo for the past two and a half weeks and I must say it works so good for my dehydrated and unmanageable hair The shampoo comes in a 400ml size bottle that is going to last for very long as you only need tiny amount- I find that a twenty cent sized portion of shampoo is enough to create a nice lather The smell of the product is just divine – it smells beachy and reminds me of summer time every time I use it. My hair stays fresh smelling for quite a while. After continued use I noticed that my hair is softer then before and more hydrated I also like that the bio:renew line is paraben free and that the Herbal Essences brand is trying to go the more nature inspired route Highly Recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It definitely did some repair I had the chance to trial this product thanks to the Beauty Heaven Trial Team. I received the coconut milk hydrate and loved the way the shampoo made my hair feel. I also found it to leave my hair with a decent about of volume post the wash and the volume remained for at least 2 days post the wash. The bottle design is quite nice and very easy to use. The only problem I had was that since the bottles for the conditioner and shampoo were identical I did accidently dispense out the shampoo twice during one wash. The shampoo definitely left my hair feeling cleaner for longer without producing too much oil on day 2. I also found the softness of the hair it left behind to be a big plus, after just the first wash. My hair definitely seems to look healthier after using this shampoo and I definitely see myself using this in the future again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from amazing hydrating shampoo When I first received this product I immediately loved the packaging of it. Herbal essences bio:renew is made with a blend of essential antioxidants aswell as aloe and sea kelp. This shampoo has 0% parabens, gluten, and colorants and it is meant to renew you hair back to life within 21 days. This product smells amazing even after 2 days since I had washed my hair I could still smell the coconut and vanilla scent. As someone who has very long hair up to my hips and I have usually dry ends especially in the colder months I was extremely excited to test out this shampoo. Within a few washed I started noticing a great difference in my hair. It had left my hair feeling very soft and hydrated. A few weeks using this shampoo has made such a huge difference in my hair and I cannot wait to keep using it.
