Meta PROBIOTIC Align® contains clinically tested strain Bifidobacterium longum 35624 to help Maintains Healthy Gut Flora and Relieves Medically Diagnosed IBS Symptoms Like Bloating, Gas & Abdominal Pain.

Directions

For Adults 12 years and older, take one capsule per day with adult supervision. For children 6-11 years, take one capsule per day with adult supervision. Not recommended for children under 6 years of age (because of danger of choking).

A naturopath put me on a treatment plan with supplements that worked while I was taking them, but symptoms came back when I stopped. Meta Align has worked for me for the past month - I am looking forward to enjoying good health now!

I noticed a vast improvement in the amount of pain and bloating I normally experience and a reduction in the incidence of bowel irregularities. The capsules are set out in cards marked with each day, a week at a time, which makes it easy to remember to take them and means taking them if you're travelling is convenient as well.

Very convenient pill form which does not need refrigeration,,which is a bonus as you can carry them in your bag or purse if you need too.. No flavour at all or bad aftertaste. Doesnt matter what I eat either. Taking these easy to swallow pill I feel has helped in many ways. I have not felt or looked as bloated. I have not had diarrohea, or constipation. My bowels have not been in as much cramping pain as they normally have been. So I have not had to take all my other IBS medications as much.

I have suffered with this for many years and get sever pain and bloating from it. But when I started taking the Meta Align it started to make a huge difference within a week no more bloating and significantly less abdominal pain.
