Meta PROBIOTIC Align® contains clinically tested strain Bifidobacterium longum 35624 to help Maintains Healthy Gut Flora and Relieves Medically Diagnosed IBS Symptoms Like Bloating, Gas & Abdominal Pain.

Directions

For Adults 12 years and older, take one capsule per day with adult supervision. For children 6-11 years, take one capsule per day with adult supervision. Not recommended for children under 6 years of age (because of danger of choking).

In the past few years I would have an "attack" roughly once a fortnight. These attacks would last anywhere from two to four days and often left me screaming in pain, taking strong pain killers, nauseated, unable to get out of bed, walk or eat. I am now on the 5th week of Meta Align capsules and I have had only minimal symptoms in that time. Days without symptoms have now exceeded those with symptoms, and even then they have been much milder than usual. Two and a half weeks after beginning the capsules I had an attack, but it lasted for only one day which is not something I have experienced before.I plan to continue on taking Meta Align and see if my health continues the same way. I had to give up being a part of the workforce some years ago, as having no productivity at all for approximately four days out of every fortnight is not sustainable. To be able to hold down a regular job and feel 'normal' again would be fantastic.

However after taking Meta Align I have felt so much better, my pain has lessened greatly. I also have had less bloating which is great. Overall I will continue using this product, and would recommend it to others.

Like a little oldie with their weekly pill box I appreciated seeing the days burst open and every week meant a fresh blister sheet of capsules. Capsules were easy to take and I noticed a difference in my gut from day two. No bloating or sluggish feeling and going to the toilet is better than before. No major problems since I started taking Align- one less thing to worry about.

I had very severe symptoms and have found this product fantastic for keeping the pain, discomfort and frustration under control. This product arrived just as I was put on strong antibiotics for a gastric related infection which always makes my symptoms worse. I wasn't able to go anywhere for the first 5 days. I kept regular contact with my GP in those days and he was happy for me to continue. On the 6 th day on them I felt better and as the days went on improvements. I have issues with swallowing so would like to see a drinkable version. Other than that I am eating more and feel a whole lot better than before I started the trial. My DR is also impressed.

I noticed the effectiveness after the second week, I had less bloating but it was the third week I had less pain and discomfort. I feel like my whole stomach is working better. It works for me.
