I take two tablets a night and since taking them my hot flushes and night sweats have eased. I still do overheat sometimes but my menopause symptoms have definitely eased. I’m sure I also feel calmer, not as snappy which is a good thing for everyone. Sleeping at night when you are too hot is almost impossible so these tablets are really helping as I am nowhere near as hot at night. I love Swisse products so this is a winner for me and great value for money
