I think it definitely helps perimenopausal symptoms. I take it first thing in the morning when I wake up and I think that makes it more effective.

It did take a couple of months before the Vitex "kicked in" so to speak, but now that it has I make sure I always have one each day. Now my periods are pretty easy, and I'm closer to having a 28 day cycle (instead of 21).
