Directions

Mix 1 serve (1 heaped scoop) into 200mL of full-cream milk and shake or blend until well combined.

That is, until we found isowhey! We only put in a desert spoon full, but it makes the flavour really nice, and also makes it lovely and thick. The kids love it, and breakfast time has never been so easy.
