Directions

Yum ,has been my breakfast for months and will keep it that way delicious !I would have have recommended this product .

The one thing I just can’t understand is it dehydrates me and even after drinking enough water, I’d still feel exhausted and tired for the day because of dehydration - which defeats the whole purpose of taking protein altogether. I don’t think I’m going back to this ever again,
