General Information

Beauty Flash Balm helps energise the skin for a radiant, glowing complexion. Use by itself as a day treatment over your regular day cream, mixed in with your Clarins liquid foundation, or as a mask.

Directions

As a day treatment: apply without massaging, gently smoothing a very thin layer onto a cleansed face, neck, and décolleté area. Then apply skincare and make-up.
As a make-up base: apply over your regular skincare product in the morning or evening, then apply your foundation.
As a mask: apply a thin layer 2-3 times per week. Leave on for 10 minutes. Remove the excess with water and pat dry.

It is a deeply moisturising balm which instantly revitalises the skin giving a lovely rosy, radiant glow. It really lifts your complexion, if you feel tired or your skin needs a pick me up this is what you need, the pink creamy balm works like magic and I can always rely on this product to deliver great results.

I received this balm from the Rewards Room at Beautyheaven recently to use as a primer before applying my makeup on occasion but also if I just wanted some added hydration. It is a lovely product that is easy to apply and use from the squeeze tube with minimal fuss and a little goes a long way. I found it does add some brightness to your skin, but this balm also hydrates my skin as well - always a plus in my opinion - and I have been more than happy since using it. The cream is soft on the skin and readily absorbed into it and you really only need to use a small amount to cover your entire face. I didn't really notice any fragrance which probably suits most people, myself included, and I can see why it is a favourite product for many people to use again and again.

I have since used others, but still like the glow n other benefits it delivers. It’s great under makeup for longevity n seems to balance secretions on the face. I started using this when I had an oily skin. I now have a more dry skin n it still does it’s job.

I use it as a primer after cleansing and moisturising and it work as a nice base for makeup with a nice matte finish. The balm is silky and glides on skin easily, sinking straight in. It feels light and comfortable to wear and it brightens my skin so I look more youthful, my skin looks less tired when I wear this. It’s also great for disguising fine lines, it’s a great anti ageing product. It’s great value as a little goes a long way and this is a product that actually works. I highly recommend it

It comes in a 50ml squeeze tube and I use a small amount each time. It has a hydrating and refreshing texture that doesn't feel heavy or oily. This balm creates a great smooth base for makeup and is designed to be applied to the skin without excessive rubbing or blending. I apply my makeup on top and it creates a dewy, natural finish. The balm has a lovely, fresh fragrance and can be used as a quick mask to instantly hydrate, smooth and tighten the skin. It is a little on the expensive side, however I would repurchase as it leaves my skin with a healthy glow.

I am quite surprised I haven't reviewed this one yet to be honest! It's a grand old multi-tasker and hydrates my skin no matter how I use it. It can be used as a primer under make-up and also is a fantastic hydrating mask - which is my favourite way to use it. This product is a gel-like formula which has a pinkish tint to it. It can be left on the skin for a few minutes for a quick mask to prime skin before a night or day out but can also be left on the skin for longer for an even more effective hydration of the skin. I apply a thicker layer for use as a mask and enjoy the hydrating feel. After leaving it on the skin for whatever time I may have, I rinse it off and pat my skin dry. It can be used as a product for just around the eyes or all over the entire face and/or neck too. Though it may seem to have lost it's fame a bit due to the flood of wonderful hydrating products entering the market in the last several years, it still stands it's ground as a wonderfully hydrating beauty product that has not been discontinued like some products can be when the competition gets going. No, this is still on the market and still readily available at that via any Clarins counter in David Jones or Myer. Thankfully some good things don't change and this product is one of them. It's a very reliable product and I know it's filled with all the good French botanical ingredients that Clarins are famous for. This comes in a tube that travels easily for holidays as well as being a great at-home product to use as much as desired.

It glides onto the skin leaving it feeling really smooth and with a really fresh looking glow. Like most Clarins product the smell is subtle yet divine. A bit pricey but definitely worth the cost.
