Blackmores Glucosamine Sulfate 1500 One-A-Day is a vanilla flavoured, one a day dose of sustainably sourced form of non GMO glucosamine sulfate (GlucosaGreen®). It relieves the symptoms of mild arthritis including mild joint aches and pains, helps maintain joint mobility, supports healthy joint cartilage growth and maintains joint health.

It had an immediate effect and within days I was walking 4 km per day. When I returned to Australia I was amazed to find Glucosamine Sulphate is not prescribed by doctors as research on the product is ‘inconclusive’. For me there is nothing inconclusive about it. It changed my life. I no longer experience back pain. I walk without a stoop. I exercise daily. I’ve re-started my woodwork hobby, now without crippling cramps and hand pain. Although not prescribed in Australia, how fortunate it is available across the country in pharmacies.
