Blackmores Glucosamine Sulfate 1500 One-A-Day is a vanilla flavoured, one a day dose of sustainably sourced form of non GMO glucosamine sulfate (GlucosaGreen®). It relieves the symptoms of mild arthritis including mild joint aches and pains, helps maintain joint mobility, supports healthy joint cartilage growth and maintains joint health.

I took it for a year or so to help my back pain but was not totally convinced it was doing anything. Mind you my joint pain did get a little better. However then I stopped taking it for a while and within 2-3 months my back pain returned big time. I immediately got back on it and have noticed in just a couple of weeks that my back does not ache as much or as often. I am now convinced that this product does work and I highly recommend it if you have got back or knee pain.
