General Information

Biore Pack Ultra 6


The only thing worse than your typical blackhead is a stubborn one. Bioré® Ultra deep cleansing pore strips offer maximum pore cleansing power to combat difficult pore-clogging dirt and oil around the nose area. Formulated with tea tree oil, menthol and witch hazel to cool the skin so you feel it working. Custom fit to reach dirt and oil in those hard to reach areas. Helps reduce the appearance of pores with regular use. For best results, do not use more often than once every three days. Dermatologically tested, hypo-allergenic.

Ingredients

Polyquaternium-37, Silica, Aqua, Glycerin, Polysilicone-13, Peg-12 Dimethicone, Titanium Dioxide, Butylene Glycol, Methylparaben, Melaleuca Alternifolia, Menthol, Hamamelis Virginiana.

Directions

Remove strip from pouch. Twist strip to loosen and separate slits prior to use. After cleansing your face, thoroughly wet nose. The strip won’t stick if skin is dry. Dry hands. Peel strip off plastic liner. Apply to skin, smooth sides down, pressing down to ensure good contact with skin. Let dry for about 10-15 minutes until stiff to the touch – like papier-mâché. Slowly and carefully peel off starting at edges, pulling toward centre. See the results on the back of the strip!!!
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works very well after a shower I find the best time to use these pore strips (or any for that matter) is after a shower when your pores have opened up/softened from the hot water as you can extract a lot more of the blackheads out that way. It works very well on me and the amount of gunk that comes out is unbelievable. I find that my skin feels a bit tight and dry afterwards so I just make sure to moisturise after. My boyfriend also uses it once a week and his is a mini forrest (he has an oily tzone).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does What It Claims This is an amazing product that I've been using on and off for absolutely years. Anyway, they REALLY work. The stuff that comes out of your skin and remains on the strip is incredible (although gross!), but you can really see and feel an instant difference. I would always say to follow through with a gentle cleansing and tone the area just to really clean and get any remaining strip glue off the nose area. I don't use these all the time, only fortnightly, as I do tend to have senitive skin these days, but they've caused me no problems in that department. One thing however, I find these stick too close to the delicate skin around my eyes, so whenever I use them I smooth them down but immediately lift the top two edges away from my eye area carefully, because removing the strip when it's dry from near the eyes hurts. Well, it does for me. I suggest cutting a small piece off from the top two corners of the strip prior to putting on if you have delicate skin near your eyes too. Overall, this product is great value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone with oily skin suffering from blackheads.

I get the best results after I have had a shower, because the shower opens my pores up more and the strips can pull out the rubbish from my blocked pores. Will be buying more of these and will be in my regular routine at least every fortnight.

(Previously, I'd have to go through a lot of strips before I could finally clear all the blackheads) but this removes a lot more with just one strip.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WOW WOW WOWWWW! I'm so upset that I've only just stumbled onto this gem! It comes in easy to use strips with simple instructions that even my 'mere male' hubby can follow! Lol. I was a little surprised with the paper mâché type feel of it during the waiting time but boy oh boy was I shocked with the end result! I never really thought my pores were that bad! I absolutely love pulling these things off and seeing what they pull out of my skin! lol. This has definitely become a staple in my bathroom cabinet, not only for myself ... but for hubby aswell. :)

Super easy application ... got it right the first time without any hassle whatsoever! I did find it a little sore (I think where I had small hairs) pulling off ... but the results were fabulous. I knew I had some blackheads, but the amount that came off with the strip was GROSS! I'm glad I found these beauties ... will definitely repeat this process at least once a week!

They remove the most amount of junk out of my partner and my noses, they are far more effective than all the other brands around. They dont leave much residue either. They are also easy to find in shops you dont need to look very far to pick up a box and are frequently on special! Hooray!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these! First of all I will start of by saying that once you start buying these, you don't ever stop. They are addicting! They do, however, take a bit of patience when you start using them - if your nose is too wet the strip doesn't dry, if there isn't enough water the strip won't pull out the black heads. Also, make sure you open up the pores on your nose with some steam before putting these on, and when it dries, pull it off slowly. A must have in your bathroom cupboard!

I cannot find another way to quickly remove my blackheads and whiteheads without having to resort to harsh facial masks that make my face red or a blackhead remover stick. I don't find a difference between this and the original, except the menthol feeling. I do wish it came in a longer size (not wider, longer), because I can see blackheads on the edge of the strip which makes me think there must be more out there!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing for blackhead removal!! I use these once a week on my partners nose, as he has a very dirty job and the dirt always gets stuck in his pores.<br />These are amazing!! I'd say, on the first go it removed about 80% of the blackheads on his nose, which nothing else seemed to be able to budge before..<br />These strips are a lot better than the original pore strips, with the only downside being you can only use them once a week.<br />We are now on our 2nd box and will definately be repurchasing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from deep cleaning i have used other pore strips before but these by far are the best. i use them about once a week and there is always grossness all over it. it really helps to deep clean the make up out of your pores on the packet it does say to wash your face first but be sure to wash all the face wash off first! as your nose has to be wet i left a little bit of resedue on the first time i used it and it stung quite a bit and left my nose very red. also the instructions say that you have to peel it off slowly. you see in the movies/ tv shows them rip it off quickl. if you do this it still works but not as well it has a much better effect if you pull it off slowly. all in all if you follow the instuctions correctly its a great product and a staple in my beauty cupboard =)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these! With the added tea tree and salicylic, I definitely prefer these ones over the original. Even the metallic packaging makes it look nicer. You can tell the difference between the two versions as this one actually smells. I love the smell of tea tree so don't mind it. I also find the ultra ones stick to your nose better and will do a better job of pulling out the gunk in the clogged pores.

The texture of the strip is quite soft & I was surprised by how thick it felt as I had only previously used the wafer-thin Ponds pore strips. It became quite hard on my nose I was almost afraid I'd rip my nose off lol so I got my bf to take it off for me. My favourite part of using this product is always looking @ the strip afterward to see all the filth that was on my nose, gross...but fun.

After ten minutes, I peeled the strip off without a problem and my nose felt very clean and smooth. It was very satisfying to see the results on the pore strip - the dirt and blackheads that are no longer clogging my pores! Easy to use and very effective!
