Directions for use
Brush thoroughly at least twice a day, for at least 2 minutes or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water.

I've used two tubes of the product during my 6 month visit and have seen a massive improvement to my gum health and the level of plaque in and around my teeth is almost non existent. This size and weight of only 95g was a bonus. packaging looks aesthetically pleasing. love the look of the clear screw-on lid. I enjoyed the taste of the toothpaste and it left my mouth feeling fresh, but not too overpowering. We were fortunate to travel to multiple countries on the trip and no matter what I ate and drank the toothpaste helped keep my mouth and teeth feeling sparkly clean and my breath fresh. Travelled with me from Australia to Bali, Istanbul, England, and Scotland.
