Directions for use
Brush thoroughly at least twice a day, for at least 2 minutes or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water.

The packaging itself is amazing! No more gunky toothpaste bits around the lid which I loved! Brushing wise, I used it with my manual toothbrush and also my electric toothbrush. It seemed to work well with either brush. On the fourth day, I started to notice that my teeth felt a bit smoother/cleaner and it seemed to last through the day - even after eating, whereas with my old toothpaste, it felt like I needed to brush after I ate. Overall, my teeth feel cleaner which I’m loving.

It feels like my teeth have been thoroughly cleaned too. After having root planning done in my early 20s, I never want to have plaque below mu gumming again! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I opened the packaging, the tube is well designed and looks fresh and clean and new. The actual toothpaste is nice looking as well and smells quite fresh. The taste is not what I expected but in no way bad. It isnt as sweetly minty as other brands but I liked it and I feel very fresh after brushing. My teeth felt smooth and clean all day, I also have a piercing in my tongue and I clean it when I brush and that and my teeth stayed plaque free all day.

I love the design of the packaging . It gives it a premium feel. The toothpaste is honestly a very pleasant and mild mint flavoring and doesn't have the burning or stinging feeling like all of the toothpaste I've tried. It also does as it states with the whitening as I have noticed results and my mouth and teeth feel so much smoother and cleaner. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Colgate Total Plaque Release Reviving Cool Mint Toothpaste was surprisingly a lot more T e mild than I expected. It had a cool minty taste & started to foam on brushing. The foaming action is more apparent when using an electric toothbrush rather than a standard toothbrush. After brushing my teeth felt clean & didn't feel like there was a film left behind, & after 14 days noticed a marked improvement in the way my teeth looked & felt & even my food tasted better. Good one Colgate!
