These gummies have made taking Apple cider vinegar actually enjoyable. The taste is super pleasant and they don't have a strong funky vinegar smell. Since taking them, I've felt generally well and have had regular bowel movements. I'm unable to say that this is directly related to the gummies but they definitely haven't hurt! I received this product for trial and review.
