I prefer eating gummy vitamins and this did not disappoint. It has a very present vinegar smell when you open the container but conversely tastes like sour apple candy. Compared to the Swisse Multivitamin Gummies, these are less chewy and more sticky, providing variety in the textures of Swisse gummy vitamins. I didn’t experience any stark effects so it would seem that the fibre may have helped with regularity. Overall, this is a nice addition to my rainbow intake of daily vitamins.
