I only use this occasionally to remove build up and it does when it says it does, so I’m happy with it. My hair feels definitely light and clean after using it. Also fairly good non-toxic ingredients compared to other clarifying shampoos, that’s why I chose it.

The long version: I've been using two kinds of shampoo and conditioner for years, in an attempt to avoid build-up. That's what you're meant to do for that, right? So I thought I'd managed to do that. My hair was a bit flat and dull, but I put that down to darkening with age etcetera. Then, I used this shampoo, with the conditioner. Wow. It shines, it's buoyantly fluffy, and my hair is now the shade it was in high school. It turns out I had a massive amount of product build-up, possibly years' worth, and this wonder shampoo just lifted that away very easily. Just leather and rinse, no repeat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shampoo is perfect for my hair as I use a LOT of dry shampoo and hydrating hair serums throughout the week, so by the time it comes to washing my hair at the end of the week it is in dyer need of a good cleansing! This shampoo is highly fragrant and gives you that just washed hair smell all week which is nice. My hair looks so much more shiny, smooth and healthy since using this for several weeks now. It comes is a huge pump style bottle which makes it easy to use and long lasting as well. It lathers up into a beautiful creamy soft lather which feels really nice to use. Recommend trying this one out!

I usually use a purple shampoo for my blonde coloured hair but I will now be alternating with this great product. I was sceptical to try a “supermarket brand” as they don’t usually lather well or they leave my hair frizzy and knotty but I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and conditioned my hair was. If I had to say anything negative, it would be that the perfume was super sweet and strong and I found it a bit much. I love that I have found an affordable and great product that I can use regularly. The bonus is that Woolies and Coles often have them on sale as well.

I have oily hair from working out each day and this really felt like it gave it a deep clean. Would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for an affordable shampoo with salon quality The bottles look sleek and stylish. The pump on the bottles was also handy! Although I would be worried when it comes to the near end if you would be able to get the remaining product out. I also find a little goes a very long way so it would last a lot longer than most shampoos and a fraction of the price point.

This shampoo has a light beautiful fragrance that's not over powering. Gentle enough to use everyday. I'm addicted to this shampoo now after being lucky enough to trial it. It's definitely salon formula at a lower price. So parabens etc. You can't ask for more. My hair was left shiny & manageable. I use it everyday. So refreshing. I look forward in washing my hair now. I recommend this product highly. I have had friends and family comment of how shiny and healthy my hair looks. I'm very happy with the outcome. I was also happy how it cleansed my hair as I have a lot of product build up. It's very kind on your hair.

I have a very oily scalp with baby fine medium length hair, which means I have to wash my hair daily if I want it to look great but I usually only wash every second day. By the end of the second day my hair is starting to stick to my scalp so it needs to be washed again. However, this shampoo is a game changer for me as it gives me an extra day before my hair starts sticking to my scalp so I can actually wash every 3 days instead of every other day. I also love the size of the bottle, it's huge so it will be months before I have to buy shampoo or conditioner again. The shampoo is your usual clear gel and it foams up incredibly well. I only have 2 issues with this product. 1) The pump - I hate that I have to remove the pump from the bottle and hang onto the tube on the inside while twisting the top pump to activate it as no matter how careful you are you always waste product when you do this. Pumps on Tresemme bottles are very hit and miss. Sometimes they "open" just by twisting the pump on the top but this is rare in my experience. I always seem to have to get my hands dirty to get it to work. 2) The smell. Its not a pretty scent or unpleasant smell, just MEH! or some days more BLAH in my opinion. Thankfully the smell doesn't last and I use post wash styling products that smell nice so it's not a deal breaker. I guess it smells very generic as it is a unisex product so being overly perfumed would be a disadvantage for sales. Honestly if the product didn't perform as well as it does I probably wouldn't buy it once it runs out. Overall, it is a great performing shampoo, foams well and comes in an almost 1 litre pump pack so I won't have to buy shampoo again for months! I will purchase this shampoo again as it is amazing at cutting the grease on my scalp and gives me an extra day between shampoos. It also doesn't strip my hair as sometimes shampoo for oily hair can make my hair frizzy as it will dry it out. Very surprised that I love it as much as I do.

That being said, although I'm reviewing as part of the trial team, I am always honest about my experience. Verdict - LOVE! Packaging - fantastic. Love the pump, love the size. It will last me all year. Price - fantastic value for money, particularly for the volume you receive. Product - fantastic. My hair is squeaky clean (and I have oily hair, so this can take a bit of effort!). Even my partner absolutely loves the product, and that's saying something.

Thanks to the multi-vitamin enriched formula, this shampoo cleanses my hair without leaving it dry, tangled or weighed-down like I’ve experienced with past shampoos. Instead, my hair feels clean, purified and silky smooth each time. The fresh scent of the shampoo further transports me to a hair salon - the complete revitalising experience! Even with shampooing twice (I do swear by “Lather, Rinse, Repeat”), the size of this bottle is such amazing value! I love the big bottles as I know it will last me a while. The pump also works a treat at dispensing the shampoo efficiently. I know we have all been there - fiercely pumping a bottle to no avail - this one actually works! I highly recommend this TRESemmé Shampoo, and it’s Conditioner counterpart. Truly high quality at an affordable price point!

I trust their products. I have an oily scalp and colour damaged hair which are dull, dry and frizzy. The Cleanse and Replenish range of Shampoo and Conditioner is a game changer for oily and dull hair. Can be used daily without damaging the natural oils of the scalp. Great for dull,dry,damaged and oily hair types. Pros- Smells amazing. Lathers up well. Gentle on the hair for Replenishment and effective enough to Cleanse the scalp. My hair have become soft, silky and healthy. Very satisfied with the product! Cons- Not much of a disapproval but would like to see natural ingredients included in their range as well.

This shampoo and conditioner has really impressed me. Just what it claims, my hair felt so clean and light but at the same time it wasn’t left dry or frizzy either. My hair smelt so good and it had a bounce to it, my hair felt so clean and silky that I couldn’t stop touching it. The texture of the shampoo was great, easy to lather, easy to use, the only thing that didn’t impress me much was it says it is salon quality but when I read the Ingredients it has sulphate in it but if you are not too fussed about that then this product is definitely worth trying.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clean and fresh [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s been a while since I’ve used Tresemme but the trademark big salon sized bottle is still the same and there appears to be more tailored variations to suit different hair types. For me, I’m unfortunately a fine yet oily kinda hair type so anything that gives me a squeaky clean feel plus a little volume is fantastic. The pump is handy as I recall years ago it was just a pop top. I quite like the scent, something like a fresh cucumber scent. The product lathers well and I always do a rinse and repeat (though do less on the second lather). This was all followed by the matching conditioner. Followed by a towel dry then light blow dry with the hairdryer, my hair looked great! Shiny and smooth without weighing it down or super frizzy. The test for me was how long I could go between washes as I try to stick to a twice weekly hair wash. It did pretty well and I stretched out to 3-4 days without my hair looking slicked to my scalp. I can’t remember why I stopped using Tresemme all those years ago, maybe because there’s a saturation of products on the market so why use the same thing twice? In any case, it’s worth looking into picking up a bottle next time and you won’t be disappointed.

Treseme’s Cleanse & Replenish Shampoo is packed with vitamins; Vit B5, Vit C, Vit E, Vit B7 and Vit B3. However for a shampoo that only spends say 2 mins max on the hair I’m not really sure how affective these wonderful ingredients would be. What really stood out to me was the scent, it’s refreshing and light, nothing overpowering or irritating to the senses. My hair is so fickle, I have an oily scalp and v.dry ends making finding a clarifying shampoo that is not over the top with cleaning hard to find, but this shampoo ticks all the boxes.

I have oily roots and dry ends so I tend to only wash my hair twice a week to stop my hair from getting overly oily. Found this to be emulsify well, and lather up in my hair well. Only needing 2 squirts on the initial wash and 1 for the 2nd round! Definitely will be purchasing again in the future. Loving that Tre Semme has gone to a pump feature as I was forever spilling it in the shower with the squeeze bottle! You only need 1-2 pumps and it lathers really well into the hair. When you wash it makes my hair feel so clean. I wash my hair every other day and this has kept my hair feeling clean and refreshing. I love that it has a pump for easy access. The packaging is simple but nice. I can easily recognise a tresemme product due to the packaging. I love the fruity smell of the shampoo. My friends have been asking what i use. I would definitely recommend this range to all my friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TRESemme Cleanse & Replenish Shampoo With Multi Vitamins & Aloe Vera is absolutely fantastic! It left my hair very clean and fresh for days! It also provided great moisture to my split ends without adding to my oily roots. The scent of this shampoo is long lasting and smells so fresh. I found the consistency to be very thin, easy to lather and easy to rinse out. My hair was soft and shiny after using too. The packaging with the pump lid made it very easy to disperse just the right amount. It looks good in the bathroom also with the black packaging. I highly recommend this shampoo to anyone with oily hair or oily roots.

A bit about my hair, I have long thick curly and frizzy hair that is heat and chemically damaged. I also have a very oily scalp and during the week, wear a lot of leave in treatments, gel, hairspray and root touch up spray. First impressions - I love that this is a large bottle with a pump, it makes it so easy to use as I sometimes double or even triple cleanse and I love that there is a lot of product. The shampoo is clear with a light pleasant scent. It lathered really well and I felt like my scalp was clean with just one cleanse but as I always do I shampoo’d one more time to make sure to remove all build up. It rinsed well and my hair felt so clean but not stripped, all ready for conditioner. Im so happy with this shampoo as it great at cleansing but is gentle enough for daily use.

For context, I have thin hair, lots of it, which is frizzy and gets oily so easily. This product came in a pump bottle (love) at a fairly good size. The product was of a thick consistency and lathered up to shampoo quite easily. It smelled fresh and clean. I would double wash my hair and could really feel that my hair was "squeaky clean", therefore a great clarifying shampoo to use. I would then follow up with conditioner. After showering I would find my hair was so much easier to dry and much much quicker. I also loved that my hair stayed fresh for more than one day which is a record for me. The oil would start around day two with me re washing at day three. Overall I love this product and will continue using it!!!! Thank you Tresemme and BH!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I think I've found a new favourite [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really happy to receive this as part of a trial team, I generally don’t love a pump bottle in the shower but this one is actually a great pump. 2 pumps is the perfect amount for my hair! The soft and light fruity scent is so beautiful and subtle and just brightens my day to use. I want to bottle is and use it as a perfume! The shampoo lathers really well and my hair feels super clean and soft. My generally oily hair has started to feel light and even after 3-4 days I don’t feel so greasy. Would I repurchase? ABSOLUTELY! I have tried so many tresemme shampoos in the past and they have never been a favourite or something I would buy again and again, however I am so glad I received this because I would never have tried it myself.

The Cleanse & Replenish Shampoo lathers up nicely and has a nice fragrance. It deeply cleanses, removing all the residue build up from hair sprays, dry shampoo and cleanses my oily scalp, leaving my hair and scalp squeaky clean. Personally, I love that fully clean feeling for my hair and scalp, which is why I find the shampoo really good especially during the hot summer. It helps to keep my hair clean and less oily in between washes. One down side is that it will leave your ends feeling a little dry, which could be bad if your hair tangles easily. However, this can be easily resolved by using this shampoo along with the Cleanse & Replenish Conditioner.

It is a deep cleanse shampoo that gives me a very clean (squeaky clean) feel to my hair. I have very fine, thin and oily hair so by mid day usually my hair looks limp and dirty. But since using the Tresemme Cleanse & Replenish, my hair still looks ok by the end of the day. Even though it cleanse my hair, it doesn't dry it out. Even without using conditioner afterwards, my hair feels light and is ok to brush without much breakage. The shampoo has subtle Aloe vera smell which is very refreshing and I enjoy it very much. Another good thing is that the bottle is really big 940ml and with a pump, it is very convenient and economical for whole family use. Tresemme is also on sales at supermarket quite often so this is a really good, affordable option to consider.

The shampoo is supposed to deeply cleanse and purify the hair. This is good for hair that is oily or to help remove product build up. It comes in a really large bottle and I like that its got a pump to use! Normally the products I use I have to squeeze it out but with the pump it's so easy to use in the shower and one pump is more than enough for my hair. First things first, it smells great! I love using hair products that have a nice scent. Second, it lathers up really well. I like to ensure that my hair and scalp get a good deep clean. Especially if I have used products like hair spray or hair oils, I want to make sure that everything is clean and that my hair feels light. After using it my hair felt so clean and great. The good thing was that the shampoo didn't dry out my hair. Paired with the conditioner it was just perfect for my hair. With this shampoo I can sometimes get away with not washing my hair for two days or more because my hair still manages to look and feel good without becoming oily. Very happy with the shampoo and the results!

Therefore, I need a shampoo that is gentle enough to use every day, without drying out the ends of my hair. I have been using the expensive salon shampoos for a couple of years now, so I was pleasantly surprised when I tried Tresemme cleanse and replenish shampoo. It leaves my hair feeling squeaky clean, and is gentle enough to wash my hair with everyday. I would definitely recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cleanse Fantastic deep cleansing shampoo! Affordable and huge container! Lasts me so long- well over a year if I'm lucky. I like to the use a deep cleansing shampoo once every few weeks or after putting an oil in my hair. It also helps if I have used lots of product in my hair. I also only wash my hair a few times a week so this helps. This shampoo suds up nicely and is easy to use. It's a clear liquid and you only need a small amount. It really deep cleansers my hair. It leaves my hair super clean. All residue and dirt is gone. I also have an oily scalp and when using this it makes my hair less oily & gives me extra days between needing to wash my hair. I do find this is a squeeky clean feeling on the scalp and it also can leave my ends very dry if I over use it but I love it for a deep cleanse. I use a mask after this sometimes to help my dry ends which are bleached). Would I repurchase? Yes. Initially recommend to me on the forums here I am glad I found this little gem. This is so affordable and does the trick at cleansing the hair. Its very effective and the container lasts so long. I'd also recommend it for those with really oily hair.

I love that this shampoo removes product buildup so my hair stays shiny and manageable. The container holds a lot of shampoo so it lasts for ages, great value. The consistency is really creamy and silky and it lathers up well, rinsing clear and leaves my hair super shiny and soft. The addition of aloe Vera and multivitamins nourish my hair, also adding shine, It’s great to keep my thick hair under control and makes styling easy. I love it for the price and will buy it again

I have used it for each day for 2 weeks straight as I usually wash my hair daily. My hair is usually quite oily. I had mixed results from this shampoo where sometimes my hair still looked pretty oily the following day while tonight it still looks fresh and clean. The fragrance is nice. It suds up well. The pump bottle is easy to use once I had it figured out. There was a delay in receiving this product though because the screw on lid became loose in transit and the shampoo leaked in the Jiffy bag. So a possible design flaw there. And then also the pump nozzle was difficult to open up for the first use. Happy to use this shampoo but unlikely to purchase it as it’s such a big and expensive bottle.

Tresemme Cleanse and Replenish Shampoo is in a great size bottle which will last me ages, with a pump mechanism, making dispensing the product quick and easy. The product itself cleaned my hair in the first shampoo so I didn’t have to do my normal double shampoo. Which saved me time on tank water. It lathers up beautifully and rinses out quickly. One thing I’m not a fan of it’s the scent. It seems really artificial and it’s kind of off putting. My hair felt super soft and looked super clean and shiny when I used it with the Tresemme Cleanse and Replenish Conditioner. My hair, after a few weeks use, feels and looks much healthier and softer. I would probably buy this product (if I ever run out, the bottles are a great size)

The bottle feels sturdy and holds up well in the shower - no leaks, cracks, etc. The shampoo has a nice scent and lathers up really well. In fact, I find I use less of the shampoo as I typically would use with other brands. The shampoo cuts through the oil on my scalp leaving is feeling freshly clean and smelling good. My hair dries to a soft, shiny finish. I find best results pairing it with the matching Tresemme conditioner.

I have thoroughly enjoyed using the shampoo as I have oily hair and the product does a very good job cleaning out the grease. It leaves my hair soft and shiny, without causing any tangles to my curly hair. In comparison to other 'paraben and silicon free' shampoos, this one lathers well so only a little bit of product is required for my shoulder-length hair. It also washes off really well and does not leave behind any residues. While the fragrance is quite strong, I don't really mind that as I like the lingering floral scent it leaves on my hair. I have taken one star off because I experienced a little more hair fallout using the combo, but cannot really pin-point whether that's due to the shampoo or the conditioner. Overall, I enjoyed using the products but will not rush back to repurchase because it has not 'wowed' me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Refreshing scent [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was actually in the market for a shampoo that cleanses away build up and residue in my hair, so I was keen to try the Tresemme Cleanse and Replenish Shampoo with Multi Vitamins and Aloe Vera. My hair typically is normal to oily, but can definitely get weighed down by hair products! The first thing I noticed that the shampoo was housed in a very easy to use pump bottle- convenience is definitely key! The scent of this shampoo is divine- it is absolutely refreshing and clean scented. The shampoo is clear and comes out easily out of the pump. It lathers well in the hair and cleans it very well. After rinsing out the shampoo, my hair feels so much lighter and cleansed, without stripping out the oils. The size of the bottle makes it a very economical choice as well!
