Rated 4 out of 5 by from Refreshing scent [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was actually in the market for a shampoo that cleanses away build up and residue in my hair, so I was keen to try the Tresemme Cleanse and Replenish Shampoo with Multi Vitamins and Aloe Vera. My hair typically is normal to oily, but can definitely get weighed down by hair products! The first thing I noticed that the shampoo was housed in a very easy to use pump bottle- convenience is definitely key! The scent of this shampoo is divine- it is absolutely refreshing and clean scented. The shampoo is clear and comes out easily out of the pump. It lathers well in the hair and cleans it very well. After rinsing out the shampoo, my hair feels so much lighter and cleansed, without stripping out the oils. The size of the bottle makes it a very economical choice as well!

Firstly, I have used tresemme products before and no difference with this one in that it delivers. I do love the pump that comes with the bottle, makes it very easy to dispense with one hand in a slippery place. I have mid length hair and found one full pump was enough for me. I only wash my hair once to twice a week so I think the only issue ihad with this was that it is more gentler than the formulas I usually use. This is meant to be a shampoo gentle enough to be used daily so I found my hair getting greasy after about 3 or so days but that isn't too different from my regular experience with softer shampoos. Overall, it did leave a very nice clean feeling on my hair and I enjoyed the smell as well

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Cleansing Shampoo TRESemmé Cleanse & Replenish Shampoo with Multi Vitamins & Aloe Vera comes in a large 940ml pump bottle making it so easy to get the perfect amount of shampoo every time. The shampoo is thick & clear, with a beautiful fruity fragrance. It lathers up so well & leaves my hair feeling squeaky clean. I used this shampoo in conjunction with the TRESemmé Cleanse & Replenish Conditioner with Multi Vitamins & Aloe Vera. Together they left my hair feeling super soft & looking so healthy & shiny. I was able to get a nice straight look with just a quick blow-dry & therefore was able to put away the hair straightener, saving my hair from added heat damage which was great. When I first started using this shampoo I was hoping it would be the solution to my oily hair & help me to extend my wash day frequency, but unfortunately, I found that I was still needing to wash my hair daily. Thankfully this product seems to be gentle enough for daily use & despite my concerns about it containing SLS, I didn't notice any increase in my hair fall. Overall, this shampoo is a great value option for the whole family & really does give you that salon feel.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for sensitive scalp and issues [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a long time, I thought I had dry and damaged hair due to heat styling, straightening procedures which resulted in brittle hair with lots of split ends. I also had dandruff but attributed that to my scalp being dry and went on to use all these smoothing and nourishing shampoos and conditioners. None of them had much more than a temporary impact in terms of soothing my hair and not helping my scalp condition at all. It was only much later when I read a BH post 3 years ago that I realise my dandruff may have been caused by over use of products and have caused my scalp to be sensitive. Ever since, I've been alternating between using clarifying shampoo and sensitive scalp shampoo. I've tried Tressemme shampoos before and it didn't do much for me all those years ago. This time around, hoping now that I know the right type of shampoo to use and being lucky enough to be part of trial team, I has much higher expectations. Having only used the shampoo and conditioner for a week, I must say I'm impressed by Tressemme's Cleanse and Replenish shampoo. The shampoo has a pleasant floral green note that is not too strong on the nose. It comes in a large (huge) 940ml pump bottle that is made from recycled plastic and dispense easily and would last a long time in the shower for me. I was impressed by the fact that the product is locally made in Australia as well. Using it during a hair wash, I can immediately feel that it lathers up quite decently and does a good job of cleaning my scalp without stripping excess moisture and make my skin feel overly dry. I wash my hair twice before using the conditioner in the same range to soften my hair. After drying, I can really feel that my hair has been properly cleansed of product build up and grease and left with a natural luster and sheen, it was easy to brush and style without excessive hair fallout. I also notice that the volume of my hair has improved after using the shampoo and conditioner as there is more 'lift' on my side part. The best part for me is that it seems to help with my scalp itchiness and has managed to reduce the amount of dandruff that brushes out in my daily brushing. It's too early to tell but it appears to help reduce my dermatitis woes and I'm hoping that this continues. For me this great big bottle gets a big thumbs up. I've not tried Tresemme after so many years but am glad I did as they have improved their formulation and are so much more affordable than other hair care products that don't work half as well on my hair. If you are in doubt, you should give it a try as it's an budget friendly option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shampoo sure does what it says it does, that it does a deep cleanse of your hair right down to the roots. I use two to three pumps per wash, then rinse and then wash my hair again for the deep clean to take effect. I love the smell of my hair right after I use this shampoo. The fragrant smell lingers for several hours after I wash my hair. And I love how the shampoo comes in such a big bottle - it totally is bang for buck! This bottle lasts me a few months and I wash my hair at least every two days, especially when my hair feels oily, this is the perfect product to use to get rid of that oily feel! I do also love the pump, so easy to use. The only negative thing I would say about the bottle is that when it comes to the last few pumps at the bottom of the bottle, it is very hard to extract. Need to unscrew the pump cap and tip it over to extract what is leftover of the shampoo.

I love this shampoo and if your wondering why it's getting a 4 stars, here are my reasons. First, let's go with the pros. This makes your hair smell soooo good and lasts all day. I don't know what tresemme does with there shampoo but I like it when my hair smells and feels good. It makes my hair soft. The shampoo itself is not too watery or too tick and has just the right texture. I loved the packaging. It looked like the salon stuff and the sizing is great and generous. Now that we talked about all the pros I would like to share my thoughts for the cons; the more you use it the more my hair starts to easily build up and dry. I am not sure if it's because of the alcohol ingredients but it also makes my hair super oily the next day. I’m normally wash my hair every other day but with this one I felt my hair was too dirty on the second day.

The Tresemme cleanse and replenish shampoo with multivitamins and aloe Vera is a lovely product. The texture of the shampoo is nice and soft. It lathers well on the hair. The size of the bottle is absolutely massive and the pump packaging certainly very useful. The only real down side to the shampoo is that it has a slightly chemical or metallic odour - though this is in the background and not overwhelming. I would certainly consider recommending this to friends and family.

The 940ml bottle is enough for the whole family and the pump-pack dispenser is easy for little hands like my daughter's, it dispenses the right amount without spilling and wastage. The shampoo is clear and lathers really well, it smells amazing. I think floral scents but my daughter thinks sherbet, whatever it is it's amazing and lasts in your hair for days without being overpowering. The shampoo cuts through build up and leaves the hair feeling really clean but refreshed and replenished without feeling dried out. I love that it has multi-vitamins and aloe vera. My husband being a tradie constantly comes home with sweaty hair that has Goddess knows what else in it, often paint, glue etc. After one wash he found his hair has a significant amount of build-up removed, whereas normally he would double or triple wash. His hair felt fresh and so clean without drying. My daughter has greasy hair naturally and we have tried everything. Using Cleanse and Replenish she has fresh and cleansed hair for up to 4 days without having to rewash whereas before she would have to wash every second day. The scent was an added bonus without being offensive. Using the shampoo on my hair I found it was cleansing while gentle and left my wavy hair feeling hydrated without stripping it. After washing and using the conditioner I was left with shiny natural waves once air dried. I do also love that Tresemmé does not test on animals and is PETA approved plus the bottles are Aussie made with 50% Aussie recycled plastic! Would definitely recommend for those wanting almost salon quality for supermarket prices!

The shampoo is thick & clear, with a beautiful fruity fragrance. It lathers up so well & leaves my hair feeling squeaky clean. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to trial this shampoo as my hair has been an oily mess lately, and my usual shampoo and conditioner has not been cutting it. The first thing I noticed was the size of the bottle, it is big! Nearly 1L of shampoo for $14, which is a great price. The scent of the shampoo is pleasant, and I honestly think the look and smell of the shampoo lean more towards higher price points than what it is. The shampoo lathers nicely and does seem to deeply cleanse oil and product from the hair. It did seem to dry out my ends a little, but nothing too dramatic. Overall I would say this is a nice deep cleansing shampoo with great value for money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cleans, softens, good for oily hair [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an oily at the roots (not just the crown-all roots!), dry everywhere else hair type and need to wash my hair every second day. I found this to be a well balanced shampoo for my hair type, it seemed to clean and soften and hydrate well, and leave my hair with a nice clean shine without being weighed down (I have a curly hair type too so don't want anything too heavy). It didn't completely detangle my hair as some shampoos can, however after adding the corresponding conditioner it was mostly tangle free.

My hair: medium length, thick, wavy, prone to tangles the longer it gets, prone to frizz, prone to a flaky scalp in winter. I always rinse and repeat with shampoo and I did the same for this trial team. The shampoo lathers fairly well and feels gentle on my scalp. It washes out well and doesn't seem to leave residue. I don't mind the fragrance however it is a little strong for me. The shampoo doesn't leave my hair feeling too tangled, which can happen with other shampoos. I was worried that this product would leave my hair feeling a bit stripped of moisture, seeing as it's intended for oily scalps, and would therefore exacerbate my frizz. However using the shampoo and conditioner together I haven't noticed any worsening of my frizz which is excellent in the humid weather. I've seen this bottle half price at the supermarket so it would be fantastic value given the quality and volume of product. I plan to continue using this shampoo.

My hair is the the fine, coloured and oily kind. If I don't wash it every 2 days it tends to look oily and limp. Even dry shampoo doesn't work on it! But once I started using this shampoo and conditioner combo my hair not only looks fresh and salon ready, but the effects last for around 4 days! I can get away with using dry shampoo now instead of washing it almost every day! I love the pump type bottle because it's much easier and less messy to use and there's less wastage of product. And the smell is just divine. The smell lasts on the hair for awhile as well. The price point is really good for the amount of product you get and you don't even need use much of it to see the effects of it! Overall I adore the product and will recommend if you have got hair like me.

My hair gets oily fairly quickly and due to my fine hair, I always use styling products particularly volumising mousses and powders so I also get alot of product build up in my hair - I found this shampoo allows me to get by another day before the oil slick re-appears and it thoroughly cleanses accumalated hair products. Basically, this shampoo does what it says and I cannot really fault it except the smell, it's a little too strong for my liking however the overall result is great and I will definitely repurchase. I enjoyed using TRESemmé Cleanse & Replenish Shampoo With Multi Vitamins & Aloe Vera over the last 2 weeks and would happily purchase it myself. The product has a fresh scent, reminds me of apples and my hair felt clean light after use. I usually wash my hair daily as it gets oily easily but I found using this product that my hair was less oily between washes, so I could wash it every 2nd day instead. It felt gentle enough that you could use it to wash everyday if you preferred. The shampoo lathered well and I did not need to use a huge amount. Great value with the size of the bottle and I loved the pump,made it easy to dispense and get correct amount needed. My hair didn’t seem particularly shiner then usual but it felt healthy and clean. I also like that the bottle is recyclable and there were no strong chemical smells like some other shampoo brands.

After receiving it, I used it around 5 times I believe. First impression, it smells lovely and I love the bottle. I love how they have rebranded their bottle to suit the more modern times. The shampoo itself washed my hair like any other shampoo, it soaped up really nicely and my hair felt clean after washing. It was quite easy to dispense from the bottle. I have oily hair and find that on the second day of washing my hair, it starts to become oily again. The same happened with this shampoo so it didn't really stand out to me. Thats why I have given it 4 stars. It is hard to say who exactly it would suit considering I only used it on myself.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well with my oily hair [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was lucky enough to be chosen to trial the TRESemme Cleanse & Replenish Shampoo as part of the Trial Team. I have oily, porous hair. It generally gets oily at the roots but can be a bit dry at the ends. My hair is quite wavy and long and I only tend to wash it twice a week. I used this shampoo for a few weeks and used it for every wash, normally I would try to use a different shampoo for every second wash. I found that this shampoo did a great job at cleaning my hair, my hair didn't get more oily than normal or dry out. My hair looked shiny, clean and healthy while using this shampoo. I loved the convenient pump action for the bottle and the scent of the shampoo. I really enjoyed using this shampoo and would recommend it to anyone else that has oily hair.

Firstly, always love the size of the bottles it's always very generous. The goal of this product was a deep clean of the hair. As an avid hairspray user, this was a good product to test. The consistency is good, lathers well and has a great fruity like scent which I appreciate. It did a great job of giving a cleanse, all the build up was gone without much work. Overall its a good product, it does what it set out to do so if all you need is a deep cleanse then this will work for you.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Keeps Oily Hair Light and Oilfree [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have very oily hair and I use a lot of dry shampoo and styling products so my hair definitely needs a deep clean quite regularly. I found this shampoo to be quite effective at helping me maintain fresher hair in between washes. I find some shampoos are filled with a lot of heavy ingredients as they are targeting problems for dry or damaged hair. Usually for me my hair feels really nice and smooth after I’ve just washed it, but then it starts to feel really heavy and weighed down within a few hours. Using this shampoo with a dry shampoo once my hair has dried has made my hair feel a lot lighter and less weighed down in comparison to those other shampoos. I’m actually quite surprised how fresh my hair actually feels. The only struggle I had was with the twisty top. Took me three separate tries to get that thing to open.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Gentle on my hair [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love that it comes in a big 940ml pump container, will last a while. I have mid length hair, and i find i usually need to wash my hair two/three times a week. I found two pumps of shampoo was enough to give me the coverage I needed. I use hair styling products regularly, so can often get product build up, plus play sport so gets a little greasy. I've been using this for a few weeks now, and notice my hair definitely feels like its cleansed, free of build up and my hair has a beautiful shine to it. I also love the scent of the shampoo. For a supermarket shampoo, i think its a good buy for the price

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Clarifying Shampoo [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was fortunate to get on the trial team for the Cleanse & Replenish Shampoo With Multi Vitamins & Aloe Vera, and found the shampoo to be really effective at cleaning my hair. My hair has allot of product build up due to hairspray, and as such I do often use a clarifying shampoo to ensure my hair is cleaned effectively. I would definitely buy this product again, as it removed all the oil and product from my hair, but didn't leave it dry or tangled afterwards, as I have found with other clarifying shampoo's I have used. I only gave this product 4/5 stars, as I didn't really like the fragrance of it, as it smelt a bit 'chemical-ly' to me. Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone who has product build up, or oily hair, and is looking for a shampoo that wont damage or tangle their hair.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good cleansing effect but can make the scalp dry [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shampoo comes in a convenient pump bottle which I prefer as I do not have to worry about my slippery hands when dispensing it in the shower. It is enriched with Multi-Vitamins & Grape Seed Oil which target at clarifying the hair while locking in the moisture. It does not contain any parabens or alcohol, which makes the formula gentle enough for sensitive scalp. The shampoo cleanses my hair gently and tends to leave a squeaky-clean finish, which is similar to a lot of other shampoos designed for oily hair. It has a faint and natural-like fragrance which I personally find really pleasant, and it is able to help my hair smell nice and refreshed for the whole day. I would also recommend using the conditioner from the same range as it effectively helps avoid over-dryness of the scalp after using the shampoo.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Does the job [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shampoo cleanses the hair well but almost too well! It does tend to leave the hair feeling a bit dry and even frizzy. I have hair that gets oily fairly quickly but this shampoo left my hair feeling a bit stripped of moisture and even a little frizzy. I think this shampoo would be great to use for product build-up or as a clarifying shampoo once a week. As a regular shampoo, I think it is too drying, especially for fine hair like mine. I did like that it left my hair and scalp feeling quite clean but it is not a shampoo I would reach for every time I wash my hair. The scent was a bit strong too, which I did not enjoy as I was washing my hair and the scent lingered for a while afterwards. The shampoo does the job of a basic shampoo but I think it is probably not a suitable shampoo for regular use.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Giant bottle, okay shampoo [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At 940ml, this shampoo comes in a huge nearly 1L bottle with a pump pack. The pump pack makes it very easy to use, but the huge bottle means I don't put it on my shower caddy. I find this product quite watery, so the value doesn't seem as great. The shampoo doesn't lather really well on the first wash, but does so on the second wash. It cleans as I expect, but nothing spectacular for a re-purchase. On rinsing, my hair does require the slip of the conditioner to allow my fingers comb through my hair.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Alright but not deep cleansing enough for me [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an oily scalp prone to dandruff and buildup so the right shampoo is a must for me. I normally use a salon quality shampoo and conditioner. I found this shampoo was ok for every day use however I didn't find it deep cleansing enough on days when my scalp was super oily or flaky. The shampoo comes in a huge pump pack making it very good value and easy to use in the shower. No more trying to get the cap off with slippery hands. It has a nice fresh scent and is easy to lather and rinse out. I always double wash my hair every 3rd day. Unfortunately I didn't find this shampoo deep cleansing enough on it's own. When I first tried it my scalp wasn't left squeaky clean after as usual and it became itchy and flaky. I tried using it for my first wash just to get the majority of grease out of my hair then followed it with my usual scalp cleansing shampoo to remove any dandruff and buildup. This gave me a much better result. I think this is a good daily shampoo for oily hair but if you have any scalp issues like dandruff and buildup it's unfortunately not enough to really deep cleanse the scalp. Makes a good fill in shampoo if you run out of your normal one but I wouldn't swap my usual shampoo for this.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Deep clean - a little goes a long way [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m happy to have trialled this and overall, I think the shampoo does what it advertises - it genuinely is a “deep clean”. I have long, thick hair with oily roots and dry ends, so I found it does a great job cleaning the roots and making them shiny, but dries out my ends a little. I had to use more leave in conditioner to compensate. It has a “stripping” feeling so it’s great if you’ve got product build up. The shampoo lathers well and washes off easily, compared to a lot of other natural brands, and this made washing time significantly shorter for my long hair! LESS is more! I usually shampoo twice (with other brands), but this product dries out my hair if I do that. The main benefit that attracted me to this is that it’s paraben, dye and alcohol free. It contains fragrance. I’d say the main downfall was the scent - it’s fresh but smells like chemicals to me. I was hoping for a natural, invigorating scent. That is just 100% personal preference though! A huge plus is that the bottle is very large, so I can see this lasting and being value for money. My tip is to use a really good conditioner alongside as it can be quite drying if you’ve already got dry ends! It’s the kind of product I’d use sparingly but it’s the first one I’d grab if I’d been to a massage and had oil through my hair or something.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Feeling clean [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was lucky to be choose to be part of the Tresemme cleanse and replenish shampoo trial. It starts off with a nice sweet fruity smell but when you use too much the scent is a bit too strong and over powering for my liking. After using it for longer you get used to the scent. Even after its washed out the scent still lingered in my hair. It is yellow clearish in colour. One pump is definately enough to laver my whole hair. I do have oily hair, this did help after each use my hair did feel cleaner and less oily. I do wash my hair everyday as it gets really oily during the day, it hasnt dried out my hair as i use the conditioner after. The pump bottle is convenient initally but when i find with these type of bottles close to empty time its hard to pump. I do prefer their old flip lid bottle. I do like how it is free from parabens and dyes as im trying to go free from as much chemicals as possibles. Over all i am pretty impressed with this as it does what it needs to clean and doesnt dry hair, unlike some natural shampoo which made my hair feel oiler the only thing i didnt like is the scent. I will purchase this again once i have finished the bottle and it a great value.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cleanse and Replenish Shampoo [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s been quite a while since I’ve received items to test through the Beauty Heaven Trial Team so I was very excited to be included in this one. I love the fact that both the shampoo and conditioner are made in Australia and contain no parabens, alcohols or dyes. However im not the biggest fan of Silicones, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate and try to steer clear of them all. Hence why I’ve dabbled with TRESemmé in the past but never stuck with using any of their products in the long term. For the record my hair is mid length, dyed a few times a year with a demi gloss, oily roots and dry ends. I normally wash my hair every second to third day using dry shampoo in between. TRESemmé Cleanse & Replenish Shampoo smells like a normal run of the mill shampoo, a little bit chemically and fake - it’s not the worst smelling scent but it’s not my favourite. I loved the 940ml bottle with the pump lid, the pump works well and is so much easier to use than turning the extra large bottle upside down. A+++! I also found that I only needed a pump or two of the shampoo as it lathered really nicely (I’m assuming this is due to the ingredients listing). Afterwards I did notice my hair felt very clean and ‘light’ however this feeling didn’t last any longer than my regular (salon purchased shampoo) and my hair was oily by the next day. Sadly this is not my unicorn product but I will keep looking for the one that will help prolong time between washes, I don’t think I will continue to use TRESemmé Cleanse & Replenish Shampoo and I will go back to my normal shampoo but I will keep both the shampoo and conditioners in my visitors bathroom for house guests to use and would potentially repurchase them for that reason as I believe they are both excellent value for money as aesthetically pleasing.
