My face use to be super dry and flaky. After using this serum twice a day my face feel so soft and plump. My fine lines have reduced a lot and my skin just feel so hydrated now which i love. I can definitely feel the difference. I also love that this product does not contain any parabens or other nasties. I am loving cetaphil so much right now. I will gladly recommend to all my friends and family.

It’s simple to use, I just smooth it over my face after cleansing then follow up with a good moisturiser. At under $37.00 it’s great value for money. It works by keeping moisture trapped in the skin to prevent it drying out and contains gorgeous goodies to nourish my skin. It also contains hyaluronic acid which is a great anti ageing ingredient so this leaves my skin looking more youthful. After using this for a while my skin is smoother and fine lines are less noticeable. I love this product and would highly recommend it

As soon as I used this product the whole day face just looked plump & dewy I never actually use any hydrating products in my Skincare I never actually thought that need it so when I use that I could feel it was a lot better then using the retinol and vitamin C because not only did it hydrate it made my skin look fresh and you fall which is why I use the other products. I would use this product all year not just at winter where I would think that you would use hydrating products

A little bit of product went a long way and left my skin feeling hydrated, soft and plump. The formula is non-greasy and didn't cause my skin to become oily by the end of the day. Was a great boost to hydration especially when used under the daily mosituriser. I have very sensitive skin and had no issues using this product. There is no fragrence which is great. I was using high end products costing $150+ per month and my skin has never looked better since using. The pump bottle made it perfect for getting the right amount of product.

In a stand up bottle with pump action lid I apply approximately the size of a pea amount onto my finger tips and then gently massaged the serum into my face and neck morning and night. The serum absorbs instantly. My face still feels hydrated and smooth even the next day after using it. It's thicker than other serums, but for my dry skin it's perfect. It absorbs quickly, not greasy or stick. Also I love the clean scent. Without a doubt I would recommend this affordable yet results driven serum to anyone wanting a great hydrating serum that works,

This packs a punch and my skin looks A-mazing after using it for several weeks. I mean really incredible - people have asked me if I've been on holiday (and that never happens). One pump on each side of my face twice a day - I used it in addition to the Optimal Hydration Glow Cream. It absorbs very quickly. This is a really great go to hydrating serum that layers well with the Optimal Hydration Daily Cream and the Optimal Hydration Eye Serum. It is a little bit tacky after application and takes a few minutes for the skin to absorb it but this didn’t bother me. It leaves my skin feeling really soft and supple. My skin is also very sensitive so it is great that this product is hypo allergenic and my skin really love the added moisture.

I used it every morning and night, after cleansing, but before moisturising. It soaks in quickly and leaves skin so hydrated. It contains beautiful moisturisng and hydrating ingredients like blue daisy, vitamin E and vitamin B5. It is great for any red areas on your skin or if you suffer from any skin sensitivities. My skin looks much better, its more hydrated and radiant now, definitely not as dry, so my skin care absorbs in better, works more efficiently and my makeup looks much better now

It is fragrance free and does not irritate my skin. It also soaks into my dry with ease and I can feel the hydration instantly. It does not clog my pores or make my skin feel oily. It came in a white box (30ml), looked appealing to the eye (something a dermatologist would suggest). The serum has a medium consistency and has little to no scent. I have been using this serum for over a week and have really noticed an improvement in my skin elasticity and texture. My face feels smoother, hydrated and even in the mornings my skin/face feels refreshed. It keeps my skin very hydrated throughout the day and well into the night even after I cleanse. The serum melts into hand before you apply to face. It is hypoallergenic, fragrance and paraben free and non- comedogenic which doesn't cause break outs. I would really appreciate bigger packaging but overall, I would rate it 10/10 as it has done wonders to my "drier" skin. I will be purchasing this 48 hour activation serum once again and highly recommend.

I did not know what to expect. It comes in a small 30ml bottle and has a nice pump that gives enough serum for my face in just one pump. I’ve been using this product for about two weeks now. I have dry skin and have used many serums, I think this one is the only truly hydrating one I've used. I like this serum very much and use it together with Cetaphil's face cream. I use it twice a day, morning and night. It goes on very smoothly, and it's light, absorbs quickly but is very hydrating. I wake up with nice and soft skin, and it lasts all day under my makeup. This serum has a faint and pleasant smell, my skin is sensitive, and it feels so good on my face. I absolutely love the hydration this product brings me!! I can notice the difference, my face and neck are not dry anymore, looks nice and soft. This wonderful product is definitely on my future purchase list.

After years of seeking the right amount of hydration minus the grease, I have finally found it. This serum is everything. The hydration is long lasting and non-greasy. Whilst the serum is on the thicker side it still wears like a thin gel serum. It also can multi task as a moisturiser on a hot day. After a couple of days using this product my skin had the dewy hydrated look that I haven’t seen in quite some time. Highly recommend. The optimal hydration team do just that provide optimal hydration. From eye creams, and facial moisturisers to the amazing body moisturising spray. These products are amazing.

When I first unwrapped this wonderful product, the texture is light and easy to apply. I fell in love with this product from the first moment I used it. It spread on my skin like butter, great coverage with very little product used. My skin looked dewy with no oily residue, my skin absorbed it very well, I was wonderfully surprised and delighted. After using this wonderfully product for 2 weeks I have had many people tell me how great and youthful my skin looks. I have seen improvements to my skin throughout this time. My complexion is more even, my skin feels softer, hydrated. I am extremely satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend this product to anyone that wants to combat dry skin.

The texture of the serum is light and creamy with no discernible fragrance, and does not feel sticky - also, a little goes a long way! I have certainly noticed that my skin seems more moisturised and smooth. I have also noticed that the fine lines around my eyes look diminished. I will certainly keep using this product.

I use it after a hydration toner followed by a thick moisturizer to lock in moisture and to stop my skin from flaking. My dry dehydrated sensitive skin has been loving this product. It is fragrance free, did not irritate my skin & easily absorbed. I appreciate that it comes in pump form so is not exposed to air and bacteria. Simple design, but still aesthetically pleasing. I will definitely be repurchasing this product when it runs out and recommend if for all skin types.

When I first stared using the optimal hydration 48h activation serum I had just come back from a holiday and my skin was so dry and horrible. I had, had way to much sun and has been on the plane so my skin was looking a little worse for wear. I used this product religiously morning and night and noticed such a huge improvement in my skin. It’s super light weight, easy to apply and doesn’t leave skin greasy. It’s also wears great underneath makeup. I would highly recommend this product.

The pump nozzle is easy to use and delivers a small amount of serum at a time, which is all you need to apply, The serum is white and has more of a cream consistency compared to other serums I have tried. The 48-hour Activation Serum is easy to apply and is instantly absorbed, allowing you to quickly move on to your next product. I have been using the serum for two weeks, and feel that my skin is more hydrated. I have extremely sensitive skin and did not react to this product. I particularly like the fact that the serum is fragrance-free, as I often react to the fragrances in beauty products. Would recommend giving the 48-hour activation serum a try.

This serum absorbed into my skin immediately (that may be because my skin is so dry that it inhaled everything straight away). I also noticed that my skin got softer and smoother. All the weariness that showed on my skin (after waking up 6 times per night to take care of a baby) was gone. My skin felt rehydrated, looked younger and was soft to touch. I applied it twice a day, morning and night, after cleansing my skin and before applying moisturising cream. I would recommend it to everyone who has dry and sensitive skin as it was perfect for my skin, did not cause any irritation and absorbed fast.

It is a milky white serum with a thick consistency but it is easy to spread and it absorbs quickly. I can immediately apply the matching moisturiser after using this serum with no issues. I have seen a marked improvement in the texture of my skin, both in terms of texture and hydration. My skin looks plump and smooth. Overall, I highly recommend this serum and its use with the other products in the Optimal Hydration range.

The instant soothing and hydration this serum gave my skin has been incredible. My redness, texture and blotchy complexion improved out of sight after 3 days of using both day and night. This is the product I’ve been searching for in an attempt to nurture and restore my damaged skin barrier. I really can’t fault it at all. The texture, how easily it absorbs into the skin and the instant calming results it provides is almost too good to be true. The pump nozzle is easy to use and delivers a small amount of serum at a time, which is all you need to apply, The serum is white and has more of a cream consistency compared to other serums I have tried. The 48-hour Activation Serum is easy to apply and is instantly absorbed, allowing you to quickly move on to your next product. I have been using the serum for two weeks, and feel that my skin is more hydrated. I have extremely sensitive skin and did not react to this product. I particularly like the fact that the serum is fragrance-free, as I often react to the fragrances in beauty products. Would recommend giving the 48-hour activation serum a try.
