I use this every day now. It is a great multi tasker too. I use it every second day to make my last "one day longer" between hair washes. The other day, when my hair is clean, i also spray a little on the roots and brush it through, it gives a little bit of volume which is great as i have thin hair, and this spray provides the volume it needs to last the day. The spray is easy to use and smells so good, it really does make your hair look nice, smell good and last that extra day between washes. I really recommend it.

The blue spray can is an attractive package and is easy to use. The dry shampoo smells like hairspray, which I was surprised at, but the smell doesn't linger long in my hair, which is good. I need to reapply towards the afternoon after using it in the morning in my hair to absorb more oil, so I'd have to carry it with me for touch-ups (if we weren't in covid-19 lockdown!).

It has a really nice scent, not too strong but very pleasant like a perfume. It had a very mild 'white look' which was easy to brush through (Other products ive used it can leave a 'whiteness' on my hair after brushing). It doesn't feel like hairspray, it is a subtle boost. Didn't add great volume to my hair but I prefer it that way! I don't want my hair being weighed down and I found that consecutive day use didn't create this product build-up feeling. I didn't do any intense sports (sweating), so I'm not sure how it would hold up in sports. However, I was lucky to experience differing weather conditions. It greatly helped diminish the sweat/oils on the two hotter days and prolonged my style. For the colder days, I noticed that it didnt work as well for me, but I like it enough and believe its impact was enough for me to warrant its continued use until completion. I think this is fantastic, thank you!

However i found that it leaves some kind of white powder on my hair and because my hair is very dark it's a bit of work to wash it very well to be not noticable for the others.

The packaging and mist is great, there is no white cast which is important to me. However, I really didn't feel it absorbed the oils in my hair. After trialling this many times, it made my hair smell nice, and I could feel product building up in my hair, but my hair still looked greasy after application. So unfortunately not for me, perhaps just not suited to my hair type.

Initially I thought it’s a bit counter-intuitive to have oil in a dry shampoo. The dry shampoo is supposed to prevent your hair looking oily and shiny and should maintain a fresh shampoo feeling. I liked the smell, although wasn’t happy at all about the hit of coldness to my scalp from all the compressed gas in the can. For a brunette, the dry shampoo didn’t leave any white residue. I just brushed it out. I’m not a huge fan of aerosol vapours in my bathroom either. I probably would not go out and purchase this.

I have found other brands more effective. On the positive side the smell isn't too bad. I have silver hair so I can't tell if it whitens the hair like some other dry shampoos might.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Definitely wouldn’t buy again It’s not the absolute worst dry shampoo that I’ve ever tried, but it’s not very good either. I bought this expecting it to be good considering OGX is usually pretty good quality, but my hair was still oily after using it and my hair felt really chalky and looked white at the roots. Only reason I didn’t rate it one star is because as I said before, I’ve had a worse experience with another brand of dry shampoo.
