Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very effective. I have Type 1 Diabetes which leaves me with dry skin, my hands are the worst. I have tried many creams and lotions, but they weren't up to the job. I tried Dermal Therapy hand balm yesterday and again last night and this morning my hands look and feel so much better already. The dry skin which was starting to crack and become sore is almost gone. I didn't have to use much of the balm, it absorbed quickly and doesn't leave a greasy feel to my skin. I am so pleased that I purchased this hand balm, I will definitely be buying it again. I recommend it.
