A bit of a regrettable fad purchase, but it's nice to have this at home and use it to give my mouth and teeth a quick freshen up. Not 100% sure if it does any actual cleaning though. The usual brushing and flossing is a must to ensure my teeth are as clean as they can be. It's more of a gum massager to be honest, and gives me that clean dentist feeling afterward. I don't mind it, but probably shouldn't have bought on hindsight.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looks great - but - not so good at anything really I had great expectations of this device and have taken several years to research and buy one but to be honest, am very disappointed. Pretty well all it does is squirt water at a rate a little higher than the tap. I get water all over me trying to manoeuvre it around my teeth as it's fat and hard to hold and precisely adjust to teeth easily. It doesn't have much pressure anyway and I can't see how it would do anything than clear a bit of loose items. The only other system I would even consider now would be a small handle with a tube running to a benchtop machine but even then I'm not sure about what they would consider acceptable water pressure.
