Nature's Way Magnesium and Turmeric pairs the anti-inflammatory action of Turmeric with the muscle health support of Magnesium in one convenient tablet.

Just as our joints and muscles work together to support easy movement, flexibility and mobility, Nature's Way have paired Magnesium and Turmeric to support muscle and joint health for active and busy lifestyles.

Magnesium plays an important role in maintaining muscle health, including supporting muscle contraction and function, and reducing muscle cramps when dietary intake is inadequate.

Turmeric contains potent antioxidant curcuminoids to help relieve inflammation, maintains joint and joint cartiliage health, as well as supports liver and digestive health.

Black pepper extract is added to help enhance the absorption of curcuminoids found in Turmeric rhizomes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works for me, Aussie owned also. I bought this for the curcumin not the magnesium (the magnesium here is oxide, and is known to be difficult to absorb). The mag oxide is the only reason it does not get a 5 star. I felt a big difference in my joint stiffness in my hands, and I like it comes with pepper, which also helps it to be absorbed. Apparently eating with a fat or oil helps absorption, so I take it with my toast which has butter. I think it's worth trying.
