It doesn't leave my skin tight and doesn't irritate my skin either. I love the flip top lid because it makes the product easier to use. I have oily/combination skin so I would say this cleanser is most suited to those with this skin type. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gentle gel cleasnser I like my cleansers to foam lightly but not strip and not irritate. I was a bit hesitant to try this as it had glycolic acid quite high up in the ingredients list, and also had quite a few essential oils which can sometimes small overpowering and be irritating in the long term. Thankfully this cleanser was very gentle, had a pleasant mild scent and didn't even sting my eyes. It cleaned well and the glycerin still left my skin feeling hydrated and not stripped. Since I already use other exfoliants, I can't say that I can see much effect from the glycolic acid in the formula, and I wouldn't expect much from the salicylic acid it comes almost at the end of the ingredients list. I usually remove make-up with micellar water or cleansing oil and this product ticks all the boxes for me a a second cleanser and I would happily repurchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This has been my go to cleanser for YEARS! Whenever I run out and can’t use it I break out. I have generally oily/combo skin but this makes my skin normal and hydrated. It gives me a beautiful slate for oils and heavy moisturisers without being oily. Thank you swisse. Not to mention... that price !!!! Amazing.

This is a great cleanser for those who have oily and acne prone skin as it contains both salicylic and glycolic acid which helps to get rid of blemishes while also evening out skin tone. It is a gel cleanser and while it doesn't foam up that much it does leave my skin feeling clean and fresh. It doesn't dry out my skin and I find that my skin looks much better after I use it. It can remove some makeup but not all of it so I like to use an oil based cleanser first and then follow it up with this as part of my double cleansing routine.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great everyday cleanser! This is such a great every cleanser and it is so affordable. It it great that I don't have to worry about putting nasty chemicals on my skin. It smells refreshing and feels light on the skin without stripping it or leaving it dry. I tend to use this one a night and the cream cleanser in the morning. I find this one works well to get off all the make up etc after a long day. The price point is really great too. Definitely worth trying!
