This Puree food is suitable for babies from 6 months upwards. 

WARNING CHOKING HAZARDS Keep cap out of reach of  infants under the age of 3 years old. 

Ingredients

Water, Vegetable (42%) (Pumpkin, (15%),Carrot, Potato, Sweet Potato), Kidney bean (3.5%)Brown Rice (3%), Yeast Extract.

Directions

To Serve: Yummy cold or warm, to serve warm, stand the pack in a jug of hot water . Simply shake then squeeze in to a bowl or straight on to a spoon.

AN ADULT SHOULD ALWAYS CHECK THE TEMPERATURE BEFORE SERVING TO BABY.

DO NOT MICROWAVE POUCH. Shake before opening. Once opened, store in the fridge and enjoy within 24 hours.

It's got a good texture to help bub to start learning how to chew his food. It's a little more chunky than other purees but still smooth enough to not cause any choking. I'm very happy to recommend this pouch.

My son loved it - the consitency and portion size was perfect and it also smelled good. It is nutritious with a good serve of plant based protein - something a little different then what I would cook so it broadens his palate.

It is a great flavour combination, convenient and so filling for bubs too. It's a great source of nutrients and is so easy to have ready and can be taken on the go, just slip it into the nappy bag and you're good to go. Absolutely love this product.

It has very small pieces of soft foods into it too. Love the clear film at the bottom of the packaging to see what it looks like before opening it up.
