This Puree food is suitable for babies from 6 months upwards. 

WARNING CHOKING HAZARDS Keep cap out of reach of  infants under the age of 3 years old. 

Ingredients

Vegetables (Potato, Pea (14%) Spinach) Water, Chicken (5%), Whole Milk (4.5%), Wholemeal Macaroni (Wheat) (3.5%), Olive Oil, Canola Oil.

Directions

To Serve: Yummy cold or warm, to serve warm, stand the pack in a jug of hot water . Simply shake then squeeze in to a bowl or straight on to a spoon.

AN ADULT SHOULD ALWAYS CHECK THE TEMPERATURE BEFORE SERVING TO BABY.

DO NOT MICROWAVE POUCH. Shake before opening. Once opened, store in the fridge and enjoy within 24 hours.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not bad I don't like the cost. I like that it's got a source of protein, vegetables and grains. I vaguely remember checking packet foods with the dietician and I think she said it's ok for kids to have. Of course I believe that cooking from scratch is much better for kids health-wise. The dentist doesn't like kids having sugar. I like that this packet doesn't have added sugar. The dietician said not to add salt to kids' food and I like that this packet does not have added salt. These Rafferty's Garden pouches are a hit and miss - sometimes my child would like this flavour and sometimes he wouldn't.
