Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good brow pencil but not great Good brow pencil that is light in colour when first applied but can be built up to a darker shade. I did find that it rubs off quite easily, costs slightly more then what I would want to pay when its at full price and the actual usable part of the entire pencil doesn't last that long, hence the 3 star review...
