Directions

1) Add the colouring cream to the developer and shake well to mix.

2) Apply the mix to your hair, starting from the roots then throughout the lengths and ends. Leave in hair for 30 mins.

3) Rinse your hair until the water runs clear. Use the Caring Gentle pH Shampoo to remove any excess residue.

4) Apply a halzenut amount of the Lightweight Nourishing Mask. Leave in for 3 mins then rinse your hair. Use the mask once a week until your next colour for soft, shiny, lively hair.

I opened the box to check the contents and read the enclosed leaflet. One question I always have with hair dyes, do you have wet hair or dry hair? That question was answered in the leaflet quickly which was helpful. The instructions were very clear and easy to understand and follow. The gloves, way too small and too thin. They broke very easily. It was very quick and easy to mix the colourant into the bottle - 1st step. I absolutely love the comb attachment that was included to use, brilliant idea. Quite a generous amount of colourant to use which was good. Waited 30 mins as instructed and then rinsed off and used the shampoo - 2nd step. Very pleasant smelling. Next was the 3rd step - Lightweight Nourishing Mask rinse. Very nice to use on my hair after that colour treatment. The next day my hair smells wonderful and is super soft. Definitely recommend Loreal Paris Excellence Creme in Natural Brown.

I wasn't that keen on some of their previous ones as the smell was quite strong and it turned me off so I hadn't used theirs for some years, even though the colour turned out great. This version is sooo much better and I love the little applicator brush, which made it easier to apply. The instructions and safety instructions were easy to understand (although I admit that I skipped the allergy test as I've been dying my hair for years). The colour came out great and I do recommend.

Was easy to apply, did not drip, smother on well and plenty for my chin-length hair. No itching or burning while on hair/scalp. Rinsed out nicely, did not take long. Once rinsed, hair felt smooth and soft. After shampoo washed well, hair was very soft and smooth after. Mask was super thick and creamy, left hair super silky, was nicer than my normal conditioner leaves it. Overall a great product! 5 stars!

I really like the addition of the gentle shampoo in the pack! I found that the gloves were a little awkward but the instructions were easy to follow and the product easy to use. I have quite thick hair so was glad that there was enough product to cover all my hair, even though I may have missed some bits as I noticed that there were still one or 2 visible greys when I had finished, but I think that was my application and not the product. I really love the colour - it's natural and blended in so well! The shampoo and conditioner smell wonderful. My hair is so soft and shiny after drying it. I will definitely use this again.

It's a wonderful product that gave me excellent grey coverage. It was easy to apply and didn't have an unpleasant odour when I was using it as some hair colourants have. I really liked the shampoo and mask to use after colouring as they left my hair feeling soft and nourished, which doesn't normally happen when I colour my hair. This colour is very close to my natural colour and has completely covered my greys. My hair looks and feels great and I would recommend this colour to anyone wanting a natural-looking brown.
