For some people, orthotic insoles may take time to feel comfortable. Feet need to get used to the structural properties of the insole, so a break in period may be necessary. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Walking on air [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I regularly walk/run 5 km in my sports shoes, after wearing these arch orthotics there is no pain in my feet or calves. The support they give to my arch makes me feel like i'm walking on air, after my walk I feel just great as if I haven't been walking at all, no pain or swelling at all. I would recommend these orthotics to anyone who suffers from pain and inflammation after walking or running.

I removed advantage brand full gel insoles to test the scholl insole, unfortunately they were unsuitable for me as I get corns on my soles of feet and they did not provide cushion relief for that part of my foot. The other thing that could be improved is they are cut small and move around in the shoe, instead of having one suit 3 sizes ( 9-11 ) the ones I tested , maybe make one to fit 2 sizes would provide users a better fit . example size range - (7-8), (9-10), (11-12) etc

I persevered with it and after two days they became more comfortable to wear and I noticed my legs did not ache as much as they normally do at the end of the day. I'm thinking that these would be good in a few pairs of my shoes because I found when I wore a pair without the insole in it actually felt very awkward and my legs started to ache a great deal sooner than previously. Two thumbs up, I love them.

After wearing the orthotic for 7 days they are now quite comfortable and I can feel the orthotic lifting may foot and reduce pressure on the balls of my feet, I will continue to wear the orthotics.

I only received these school insoles last week and i am really amazed how good they are. Because I am use to insoles , I was comfortable walking in them from very first day. These insoles are very strong and at the same time very cushiony as well, which results in to having strong base under ur foot with cushiony support. They felt so light n my feet didn't hurt much. Used them for next few days and my feet thanks me as I hardly feel any pain these days. I am definitely going to recommend them to my paediatrician so he can recommend these to other people suffering like me. Big thanks to home tester club for giving these insoles as sample.

When I started using the insoles I found them to be painful and it took about a week for my feet to adjust. Once I used them regularly I found them comfortable. The size of the insoles allowed me to insert them into different shoes. Overall a good product that supported my arches.

I usually wear orthotics (from the podiatrist) so it’s excellent to have a spare set, that doesn’t cost a fortune. My only issue was I first tried them in sandals and I got a blister on my toe. Perhaps only use them in shoes.

I liked that they were spongey and relieved some of the pain I have felt in my feet however I think I need extra support. As for other people if they just have minimal pain it would be good. That said, my feet weren't any worse off - and did spend full days in them, including at the markets on my feet all morning. Expect that for anyone with painful feet they would be quite good, but I didn't notice any difference at the end of the day. Need to be aware of relevant shoe size to allow for the extra height they create as shoes could then be too tight, especially if no alternative inside sole to remove.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good work to Scholl! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Scholl In-Balance Arch Orthotic Insole in my everyday work shoes (ballet flats). I work in an office and am on my feet for most of the day. I found them a little awkward to begin with as they change the way your feet are aligned on the ground or insole of your shoes. I was able to get through my day without any major problems but did notice my knees felt a little sore going up the stairs (which was not there previously). I'm not sure whether this was due to the insole changing the way my feet aligned to the floor. I am happy to keep using them to see any improvement. Do I think they are worth the money? I think it is too early to say but I think that if you suffer from flat feet that this may well be a cheaper and more effective way of treating the problem. Good work to Scholl for giving the general consumer a cheap and easy way to correct a sometimes painful problem.

Didn't like them inside any other shoes. I currently use Scholl gel inserts and find them more comfortable. I felt the arch support needed to be a little higher for a better effect. They were quite comfy but I doubt that I would change the gel inserts for these.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from just doenst fit the shoe why are the arch support insole so undersize compare to the rest of your products? they float around in the bottom of the shoe and become uncomfortable because they move out of the correct postion amd when walking on the edge of the sole they become very uncomfortable. stop remove shoe, repostion insole put back on and 30 minute later they are back to having the edge under the heel... are they meant to stop before the toes too if so why so???
