I have been suffering with heel tenderness & soreness for the past several months and decided to put these in my work shoes as I am always on my feet alot at work. My foot felt well supported while wearing these and I found them to be very comfortable to wear. They were very easy to use and they seemed to grip quite well to the inside of my shoes with little to no movement. After a week I have really noticed a big difference. My foot has healed quite well. It isnt 100 percent yet, but I would say that it is 90 percent better than it was a week ago. I would highly recommend these to other people who have under foot pain-ligament or tendon issues. They have really helped me & I will definitely continue wearing them.

I had a pair of cheap slip on shoes from K-Mart with virtually no cushioning at all inside, so over time I developed heel pain which affected the way I walked. i was about to throw these shoes out just prior to testing this product. After trying the "Scholl In_Balance Orthotic Insole Medium", I felt better straight away. My foot was better supported and it was much more comfortable to walk. I have used this product for a week now and am feeling much better. It is amazing how this can change a cheap pair of shoes into the most comfortable pair of shoes that I own now. I recommend this product.

The insole fit snuggly in my shoes and I don't even notice them in my shoes whilst walking or jogging, they stay in place and so far seem to work magic.

I put them in, they fit easily. But they did feel weird to walk with for two days. I work standing up all day, and sometimes do get achey feet and a bit of swelling. I’m happy to say I have nothing to report, which is a great thing as my feet have been perfectly normal after going back to work. Would definitely recommend if you work on your feet all day.

I did notice them and thought they might become uncomfortable or slide in the shoes. Surprisingly though after a short period of time I didn’t notice they were in my shoes. I found they did cushion & comfort my heel, my arch felt more supported too. At the end of the day my feet weren’t throbbing near as much. The gel back stops it sliding in my shoes, the topside has a material on it so it really feels like a normal shoe insert. I feel they’ll be easy to wash & dry too which is appealing. I’d recommend these, especially for those on their feet all day.

I always want to try Scholl but some how find it expensive now after trying Scholl heel orthotic insole must say it’s super awesome ,will love to try it again and again for my heel pain. It’s light weight,easy to adjust and move inside your shoe,no chances to get mould.nice design with a lot of comfertness. Highly recommend for Heel pain.

Over the course of the week wearing these every day, the initial pain has definately lessened. I found these easier to get used to as well. Other orthotics leave the heel too high in the shoe where as these fit better and stay put.

I am on my feet all day which often causes considerable foot pain by night time. With these in my shoes, my feet were in a lot less pain by the end of the day. My only criticism (which probably only relates to me) is that it has quite a high arch support, which I don’t really need, so it feels like they are rolling my feet slightly inwards. I think if you needed good arch support though, these would be the perfect insert for you! I would probably consider buying these for my partner though, who needs good arch support and is often complaining about the lack of that in his shoes.
