Directions

Before usage, make sure the product fits well in the shoe. The end of the insole should sit at the base of the toes, this may result in the insole not touching the back of the shoe.

For some people, orthotic insoles may take time to feel comfortable. Feet need to get used to the structural properties of the insole, so a break in period may be necessary. If needed, build use gradually by wearing the In-Balance Orthotic Insoles for an increasing number of hours each day until you can wear them all day.

If pain persists, discontinue use and consult a professional for advice.

I have paid for very expensive inner soles in the past and they were not as good as these ones. They fit my shoe well and helped with the pain I experience in my arch. Honestly my feet and legs have never felt better and I have not had a middle of the night cramp since using them. I dont think I would go without a pair in my shoes from now on.

I have never had satisfactory relief until now. By my second day wearing the Scholl in-balance Archs I felt I was walking on different feet. My legs don't feel as aching either. The Insoles are easy to slip into my shoes and don't move so my footing feels secure. What a difference to my feet and as a consequence my overall day.

They offer great support under the arch of the foot and are quite firm under the balls of the feet which is where I sometimes feel pain after a long day on my feet. Having worn them all day at work for a week and being on my feet most of the day I have noticed a reduction in foot pain and tired feet feeling at night. I would definitely buy this product again and highly recommend them.

I needed some time for my feet to get used to Scholl In-Balance Arch Orthotic Insole just like any other insole I used so far. The insole works quite well with cushioning and reduces pressure under the foot ball. It supported my feet in general and helped me walk more comfortably for longer distance. It fits well into all my shoes and it makes my feet less tired throughout the day.

How wrong! I felt the support instantaneously - not sure if imagination but I felt I was standing straighter and taller also. Normally when sitting at the computer I tend to cross my ankles and rest on the sides of my feet - with the Scholl In Balance Arch Insoles I found I kept my feet flat on the floor. I wore less fitted shoes and they were great My right ankle rolls inwards slightly and I end up with hard skin on the side of my right big toe. The support lifted the arch which straightened the big toe. Very happy with results.

I have spina bifida, born with it, and I usually have to have my shoes specially made, and they are very expensive. I have now found that by putting one each of the black and green soles in my walking shoes, that I seem to be walking a lot better. they are very comfortable to walk on, and after awhile forget they are even in there. wish someone had told me about these earlier, I could have had a much better time walking even shopping. thanks a million for sending them to me to try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first received my Scholl In-Balance Arch Orthotic Insole to test I placed them in my walking shoes first and went for a big walk around the area to test them out. From the first steps the insoles felt really comfortable and I could feel the support in the arches of my feet as I was walking. I then placed them in my work shoes and felt the same way where the insole supported my arches and feet and I was standing during my working day. I will certainly be buying another Scholl In-Balance Arch Orthotic Insoles for all of my shoes. I would certainly recommend these insoles for anyone who has feet issues or just to help support your feet when working or playing sport etc.

I trialled them in my work boots and I think their use was beneficial to my overall posture as well as comfort. After a day in the shearing shed my knees didn't seem nearly as sore as usual. I'd love to see them come in a wider fit option. They were light to wear but I did feel slightly sweatier than usual, probably due to the materials they are made from. Overall a great product that I noticed a difference using.

I did notice a small difference in how my feet felt when I walk, feels softer. Can feel the arch support which is nice. Fit well into my shoe no feeling the end of the insole, they don't move as I walk or squish up. over all I find them comfortable and easy to use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Surprisingly good insoles [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first put the Scholl in-balance arch orthotic insoles into my shoes and put my shoes on they felt a little strange and I thought, these aren’t going to be any good, but was pleasantly surprised. I first wore them for a 3-4 hour stint in the kitchen while preparing, cooking and cleaning up afterwards. Normally my feet and back would be feeling tired and sore but not this time, everything was feeling surprisingly good. I continued wearing them and even did my 6km walks and did not end up with tender tired feet. I still notice them when I first put my shoes on, but after a few minutes I don’t even know that they are there. Such a pleasure to wear and no more tired or tender feet and back. Would definitely recommend..
