Contains sulfites and soya beans products. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Store below 25°C. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. Vitamin and/or mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Apparently getting too much vitamin B6, B12, Iodine and Biotin are a common reason that causes your skin to break out. I was excited to try this and I am nearly finished the bottle. I didn't see any significant changes in my hair btw. I still losing hair and didn't see any noticeable hair growth. Goodbye, long, luscious hair and hello short hair and unexpected acne.
