They are easy to pull on and off with stretch materials and feels like normal underwear - encouraging greater independence. With a body close fit, the incontinence pants suits both women and men, and is for both day and night usage.

Unlike standard adult incontinence pants, TENA Pants Bariatric Plus have moisture-reducing technologies to ensure dryness, leakage security and odour control. Liquid is quickly drawn away from the surface and the fast absorbing core then rapidly locks in urine, even in larger quantities, keeping the skin dry.

The leg band isn't situated like a 'normal' pair of undies, it is higher cut but they seem to do the trick. They have a different fit than the XL. I couldn't find these anywhere, not even on the Tena website. How stupid is that.

My brother in Perth suggested this as he just purchase one, a month before for our mum. So i ordered 5 packs fro chemist warehouse. They arrived 3 days later. Perfect!

At night they use these with a super tena pad also and her bed stays dry. Just wish could purchase in store also, as you don’t always get the discount purchasing online of buy 4 get 1 free which is a shame.

Horrible. Why the change of brands???? Absolutely dreadful. After a taste test of 3/4 I binned them.
