Swisse Kids Rest + Restore helps support restful sleep in children. This premium quality formula contains chamomile, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relax the mind, soothe the nerves, and support healthy sleeping patterns. Available in a delicious, chewable tablet it also contains magnesium to support muscle relaxation when dietary intake is inadequate.

Unfortunately they haven’t been successful in helping him sleep yet, but definitely going to continue on with the rest of the bottle of them and see if we get a result after he has been taking them for a bit.
