MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

Directions
Directions: After shampooing, apply Step 1 to damp hair and spread throughout, focusing on hair lengths and strands. Do not rinse.
Without rinsing, apply Step 2 directly on top of Step 1 and let sit for 5 minutes. To finish, rinse thoroughly with water and dry hair as per your usual routine.

Great value, amazing results!
I've got bleach-damaged, frizzy hair that is so dry and untameable that I can't wear it down in it's natural state. To fix this, I've tried all sorts of expensive items on the market that claim to fix brittle, frizzed hair - nothing has worked. As a last-ditch attempt before resigning myself to shelling out heaps for salon-quality supplies, I tried this little pouch out on my hair after reading really positive reviews.
It was pretty simple - I got the Palmer's shampoo and conditioner, washed and conditioned my hair, and then did steps 1 and 2 from this mask. I had to use two packs, but I have very thick long hair so I was expecting this. I wrapped my head up in clingwrap and went about my business for about 30 minutes. After, I got back in the shower, rinsed it off, and did one final round of conditioner before hopping out and using my usual leave-in conditioner and argan oil to the ends.
I can honestly say that I was NOT expecting the results. After the shower, my wet hair felt like it normally did; promisingly moisturised, but I know from experience that it dries differently from first impressions. The first thing I noticed was how quickly it dried - my hair takes HOURS to dry, but I was pleasantly surprised when it took around half the time. When it had dried completely, I immediately noticed how soft it was - my hair was shiny (which never happens unless I fake it), and even the ends were silky and smooth! I was able to run a brush through it without trouble, and there was only very minimal frizz which I was absolutely okay with, seeing as my hair usually looks like I've been struck by lightning. I was able to wear my hair down for work, and I received compliments for how healthy it looks. My hair has honestly never felt better - I 100% recommend this product!

Silky smooth.
I have tried many hair masks for my coloured dry hair and have never come across any that make my hair feel nourished. Gave this one a go - although the instructions weren't clear on whether you apply to washed, damp hair or dry so I did it on damp hair.
Applied step 1 and then step 2 and left for 10mins and washed and felt the results immediately.
My hair is so soft and silky. Plus it smells amazing. I will be purchasing this again.
