Avène XeraCalm A.D Lipid-Replenishing Cream is a lipid-replenishing cream for moderate dryness and skin prone to atopic dermatitis/eczema.

Avène XeraCalm A.D Cream is a lipid-replenishing cream for moderate dryness and skin prone to atopic dermatitis/eczema.
The formula of XeraCalm A.D. Lipid-Replenishing Cream was created using a minimum of ingredients:
- I-Modulia complex: result of 12 years of scientific development, reduces itching sensations caused by skin dryness and soothes redness and irritation caused by the skin's hyper-reactivity.
- Cer-Omega: lipids which resemble those found in the skin, helps to repair, nourish and strengthen the protective film, giving the skin better resistance against external aggressions.
- Avène Thermal Spring Water, with soothing and anti-irritating properties, reduces sensations of discomfort and softens the skin. This formula benefits from the unique ‘Sterile Cosmetics’ process that eliminates the need for preservatives (including hidden preservatives like alcohol). 0% Paraben, 0% Preservative, 0% Fragrance. The formula is protected against bacterial contamination thanks to the patented D.E.F.I packaging.The skin is therefore soothed, comforted and softened with a high level of safety.

Formulated to minimise the risk of allergice reaction and non-comedogenic.

Her eczema is almost non-existent apart from patches left which are because her skin tanned very fast and the dry patches cause by eczema have left her with lighter patches. Honestly its helped so much with body eczema, reducing it and clearing a lot of it, after nothing would work. However this isnt the best facial moisturiser so just be aware of that. But this is definitely a must have so buy one now!!

I have tobuse it 2 to 3 times a day. It works better if I apply on clean skin rather than the previous layer of cream. I apply the first time after shower. I eash my skin with just water the second or third application.
