Directions

Apply every evening on face and neck.

USAGE ADVICE

Do not expose to UV or sun. Apply daily sunscreen SPD >15. Do not use in conjunction with any other retinoid products. If discomfort appears during first uses, space out applications to give skin time to adjust to the product. Avoid eye. In case of contact with eyes, rinse them immediately and thoroughly.

I’m still a bit uncertain if this is meant to be used as a night moisturiser or if it is more of a serum and I’m meant to use a moisturiser after it. There is no directions about its place/order in your skin care routine.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This eye cream contains retinol which help to reduce age spot, wrinkles and dark circles and I have all those concerns around my eye areas. This eye cream has a lightweight texture which glides on smoothly around my eye areas and it doesn't leave any sticky residue behind. The cream doesn't sting or irritate my under eye areas after apply and only a small amount is required so a little goes a long way. After using it for few weeks I do notice my fine lines and puffiness have reduced and my eye areas looks plumped. The eye cream didn't help so much with my dark circles.

I do love the one I'm currently using and was a bit reluctant to try a new one. This cream applied smoothly and was light. I didn't really notice any differences, however I do use a strong eyecream at the moment and have minimal lines around the eyes. At least it didn't cause dryness or a reaction like other brands have. \n\nI will continue to use this and see if i notice any dramatic changes.\n

The cream is easy to apply, doesn’t smell and will go a long way. I often have skin reactions to these types of products but this cream was a winner for me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The eye cream was lovely and I found it absorbed well.  It was a convenient size and application easy.  I applied cream every night as I do not like to have anything under makeup.  I feel the area appears to look better in general however cannot pin point exactly what has changed.  I will continue to use to keep assessing the results.

Over the trial period my wrinkles have softened, less eye puffiness, my hooded eyes appear more open and brighter (like a mini eye lift) I will definitely try more La Roche-Posay products.

Whilst I have always taken great care of my skin, I am  now looking for products that help with wrinkles, fine lines and the visible signs of ageing.\n\nI have always loved La Roche Posay products but haven't tried any of their eye products, so I was pleased to be given the opportunity to try the Redermic r-eyes retinol eye cream.\n\nI don't know whether I was having a blonde moment when I first tried to use the eye cream, but I had quite a difficult time opening the lid. I thought it would just pull off, but you need to screw the lid off. Once I worked that out I was able to access the thin spout and dispense the fragrance free eye cream.\n\nThe cream is lightweight, fragrance free and glides onto the skin easily and is quickly absorbed. As it is a retinol product I only used the cream at night and I am happy to report a slight reduction in my fine lines. The only time I can see any fine lines now is if I am smiling broadly. The fine lines I had when I was 'at rest' are no longer visible!\n\nI will continue to use this lovely eye cream and will definitely repurchase which proves how much I liked it as it is the first time I have considered re-purchasing an eye product.\n

I didn't really like the texture however, I found it was too runny, and didn't feel "lush" enough. I like to use eye cream in the evening and so like a thicker product. Rated 4 out of 5 by from I found this cream very light, non-irritating an easy to apply. A little goes a long way, which will make the generously sized tube last a long time. It absorbed quickly and easily with no residual greasiness, and it was easy to apply makeup over the top. In the 4 weeks I have been using it, I have noticed some improvement in the fine lines around my eyes, and a reduction in the dark circles and bags under my eyes. I will continue using it, and hopefully the improvement will continue!

I found using this for less than a month, it has diminished the look of fine lines around my eyes.\nUnfortunately it hasn’t been a miracle worker and got rid of my dark circles! However I have a young baby & the sleep deprivation is real(!!), so there’s no hiding that level of tiredness. I will continue to use the tube as I think it’s a great product particularly if you can’t get retin a to use or find that too harsh on the skin. A little goes a long way so the tube should last a while. As always, SPF around the eyes when using this cream is a must.\n

I don't use my usual retinol around my eyes as it is too strong for my sensitive skin, I used it every second night so it wasn't too much for my skin. Would recommend and repurchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The La Roche-Posay Redermic R Eyes offers a great way to introduce retinol to your anti-aging routine. \n\nRetinol products can be pretty harsh when starting out, and many of us need to acclimate our skin to avoid redness and irritation. I didn’t experience any irritation with this product and found the light formula absorbed well into my skin. \n\nThe metal tube packaging is well designed and airtight, with a fine nozzle to dispense the product exactly where you want it. A little bit goes a long way. \n\nAfter trialing the product for about a month, I can see some softening of fine lines and will definitely keep using it. \n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Okay, I have to admit that I do not think that it has helped with lines around my eyes BUT it has helped with signs of fatigue especially during this ever so hot summer we are experiencing. \nIt is a night treatment so upon placing it on my clean skin it is very soothing. It has a lovely light texture that is quickly absorbed into the skin, no oil, more like a milk.\nNo irritation was experienced as I have with other brands as my skin is highly sensitive and can burn easily with facial creams - I had no nasty surprises using this product, was very gentle.\nI will continue to use this product as previously mentioned it is very soothing and has helped relax the skin around my eyes. \n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from After having a bit of a problem getting it opened, (I opened the wrong end of the box - which had the instructions!!), I have enjoyed using it for the past few weeks.\n\nI love the lightness of it, it absorbs really well, it didn't irritate my skin at all, and the best thing of all I found that it worked really well for me.  I have no more puffiness in the morning, my fine lines appear to be getting finer.  I would definitely buy it again after I have finished this tube.  I only reason I have only given it 4 stars is I found it difficult to open.\n

My eye area is less dark and is nice and hydrated. I like the application tube, it easy to squeeze out the right amount. It doesn't irritate my skin and works well under makeup.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from As this eye creme contains retinol I wasn't using it daily only 2-3 times a week so I haven't noticed significant difference with my fine lines & crows feet.I know the concentration of retinol is not as high as a prescription retinol but I wanted to be careful especially as its summer.I will wait & see when I finish the tube if their is a significant change in appearance.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I am very sceptical when it comes to eye products as I have found very few in which I find actually suit my needs, I suffered very badly with puffy bags under my eyes (whether I get a good night sleep or not!) Being a beauty therapist I have always been very conscious of looking after my skin and particularly very thin and fragile skin around the eyes, I have forever been searching for that holy grail eye product. I am only in my late 20's however I have already started to notice some creepiness around the outer of my eyes and also perhaps from having bags under my eyes and then sleeping on a cotton pillow slip it grabbing and dragging the skin which has resulted in premature lines. I have to say that the La Roche-Posay Redermic R Eyes product would have to be one of the better Eye products I have used, I wouldn't say that it dramatically improved the bags under my eyes as this is not the main purpose of this particular eye cream, however I was pleases to see that it did help somewhat which was surprising as even produces I have purchased directly marketed for this purpose lacked any real results. coming to the "anti-aging" aspect of the product I found it very effective and I feel like this is an effective product to help reduce the signs I already have and prevent any further damage to my skin, I love the packaging and the consistency of the product and found it didn't have any strange smell which is always a plus! I liked that it immediately sink into my skin and was absorbed quite quickly and didn't just sit on the skin. As directed I applied it at night however I also sometimes applied it in thew morning also and unlike other eye creams found it didn't pill under my make up and sat quite nicely and invisibly under my make up. Overall I found the La Roche-Posay Redermic R Eyes to be an effective product that does what it says it should!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I've been Trialing La Roche-Posay Redermic R Eyes for a little over a month now morning and night- I have very much enjoyed using the cream, it is light and basically fragrance free and did not irritate my eyes at all. The applicator nozzle makes it very easy to apply and a little goes a long way, sometimes I found that I squeezed out a little too much though as its kind of liquidy. It absorbed into the skin quickly and makeup went over it just fine.\nI have noticed a reduction in the very fine lines around my eye area and a slight lightening of the skin tone- This did not happen quickly though and only became noticeable after using the cream for some weeks. \nI did really like many things about the cream and I do recommend it for use as part of your daily beauty schedule hence the 4 stars. But I feel its best suited to continuous prolonged use as more of a preventative measure so if your looking for that great here's your product. But if its quick results your looking for perhaps consider using a different product.\n

I used this product morning & night and noticed the lines around my eyes became less pronounced and the lines under my eye area became smoother and no puffiness. It did not irritate my eyes at all, which is important. The application tube is user friendly. You only need to use a little bit as it goes a long way. If you haven’t used an eye cream before, this would be a great product to try first.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This eye cream gives a wow factor to my eyes. \nI have been using it daily and have noticed that my eyes look brighter and more vivid nowadays. It is fragrance free, so no strong scents and it applies very lightly onto the skin. I pat it on with the ball of my finger and gently tap it into my fine lines. Over continued use, I am sure this cream would be a fantastic product to include in anyone's skincare routine. \nWhen I used the cream at night, I found that in the mornings, the cream would somehow find its way near or into my eyes and then it did sting and make my eyes irritated by feeling dry, so I suggest to lightly apply the cream and not apply too much or too close to the eyes and crows feet area.\nMy fine lines and wrinkles are still there, but they seem less noticeable and my skin looks fresh and brighter after use. \n\nPros:\n-Non greasy\n-Light and quick absorbing \n\nCons:\n-When I first opened the cream, I could not open the lid properly without squeezing on the tube and then more cream came out. I found the cap and packaging difficult to use and had to be careful with it.\n-Use only a little amount and gently apply to the delicate skin around the eyes\n\nRecommendation:\nThis eye cream is from one of my favourite brands, I love the aesthetic white and blue colour scheme and the product makes me think that it's so fresh and clean. This cream would suit anyone who wants to take care of their eyes on a daily basis. \n\n

Fragrance free is great compared to other products on the market, it doesn't sting or irritate my eyes. I put it on under makeup and my product sits on-top fine.
