It's a pleasant fragrance, lavender being the predominant scent that is obvious. I'm not that into lavender, but I don't mind this because it is quite good at sending me off to sleep most nights, even nights that I expect I won't drift off for hours. I think what I notice most is that I feel extremely relaxed when trying to go off to sleep, way more than if I don't use it.
