From the very first application of Effaclar (+) Anti-Blackhead Moisturiser, skin feels detoxified and purified for a fresh skin feeling that lasts all day long. Directions

Apply Effaclar (+) Anti-Blackhead Moisturiser to the whole face morning and/or evening after cleansing skin with Effaclar Foaming Gel Cleanser.

The ultra-light texture is an excellent makeup base.

WARNINGS:
External use. Avoid eye contour. In case of contact with eyes, rinse them immediately and thoroughly.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I didn't love it - I didn't notice my skin getting less blackheads. In fact, I think I broke out more. There was a slight medicinal fragrance, similar to the original Effaclar Duo. I used it after cleansing my skin in the morning and night time. It's a very light moisturiser and my skin still felt dry and I had to apply another moisturiser on top. I wouldn't use it again.

It actually works really well as makeup primer, I found it kept me matte for longer, but unfortunately it caused me to breakout, which never happens to me, I’ve got pretty tough skin. The smell is horrendous, sort of a floral scent? I Have said this before and will continue to say it:  fragrance does not belong in skincare

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Caused Horrible Breakouts I have generally very oily skin and clogged pores, but I haven't really had acne since I was in my teen years. Within a week of using this product, my chin and cheeks broke out like crazy. Large, painful pimples that stuck around for weeks - until I stopped using the product. The pores on my nose looked even worse and my cheeks were all bumpy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I was SO excited to try this product. I have THE oiliest skin and need to blot all day long. I get blackheads along my nose which are highlighted when my skin is greasy. I used the cream as directed and was excited to see some results.  A few days after using this product my skin broke out-BADLY. I had deep pimples over my face and this was the only thing that changed in my routine. A closer look at the ingredients-Dimethicone was the culprit. I dont understand why a mattifying product cant be made without silicone but it is a big no-no for oily acne-prone skin. the silicone blocks your pores trapping oil, sebum etc. A few days after stopping this product my skin all cleared up. I will throw this product out and will not recommend.
