For best results, use in combination with Elucent Even Tone Exfoliating Cleanser and Elucent Even Tone Day Moisturiser.

The cream comes in a round jar with a screw top lid that is easy to open. The cream itself is a creamy/white colour. I was surprised by the texture - felt a lot firmer in the jar than I expected. In saying that, I found the cream was easy to apply and absorb into my skin. The cream does have a scent - not the most amazing but not that bad either. I felt the very slightest of tingles if I had any broken skin.

While I haven't noticed a huge change in skin tone, I have noticed that my face looks fresher the day after I've applied this, and perhaps a little brighter too. I thought being a night moisturiser that it would be heavy on the skin and cause oiliness, but it absorbs very well and hasn't caused any issues for me. The scent is also light and not too heavy, which I like because I don't want to be distracted by strong smells when I'm drying to sleep!

The cream is white, and very light in texture. The fragrance is nice, not too heavy or overpowering. I did find with this one that the key was to not use too much. If I did, I felt a bit greasy after applying. If I used a small pea sized amount for my face and neck, it absorbed really well and left my skin feeling very hydrated.

Rated 4 out of 5 by kk77 from Very hydrating [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cream is on the slightly thicker side which is not bad for a night cream, it makes your skin feel very hydrated and it does keep it well moisturised all night long. It's easy to apply, and does absorb well. Like most other Elucent products, it does have a very subtle chemical fragrant which I am not a huge fan off. But it is subtle so I can live with it, the fragrant disappears after you apply it, it does not linger. Regarding the claim that it evens skin tone and brightens, I am not so sure. It has been a few weeks and my skin looks the same although it is hydrated. I do like the jar, being so stylish yet plastic so it's not heavy, clunky and easily breakable.

Packaged in a minimally designed but sturdy box which contains all the information required about the product. Inside you will find a luxe heavy weighted jar with a tamper evident seal, ensuring the product is safe to use and has not been tampered with. The product itself has an odd texture, like a gel mousse moisturiser. It is medium weighted and a little goes a long away. It does take a little bit of massaging to get this into the skin. The scent is subtle yet pleasant, which is perfect for a night moisturiser. The product contains safflower to nourish and hydrate the skin, Vitamin B3 to reduce the appearance of inflammation and fine lines, and Emblica Fruit Extract which is high in Vitamin C, an ingredient which brightens the skin and helps fight free radicals. There is additional vitamin c to assist with the glowing skin factor and Vitamin E for skin repair. The product has left my skin feeling soft, hydrated and has lightened some pigment spots. With continued use over a 12 week period, I am sure I will see more of a visible improvement in my skin overall texture.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from A night cream that glides effortlessly [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I applied the Elucent Even Tone Night Moisturiser for a week and half continuous use for this BH trial and found it to be nice and gentle for the night time. It was not a thick consistency which I am very grateful for as I don't particularly like wearing heavy creams at night. It glided on my face smoothly after I cleansed it with the recommended Elucent Even Tone Exfoliating Cleanser too and my skin was left feeling plump and hydrated for the night. It was not sticky or oily and my face felt like it could breathe. I also found that in the morning, my skin had retained its moisture from the night so I actually used less day cream, a bonus for me! This product has a lovely luxurious feel and I look forward to continue its use to see further results in brightening and radiance. I love the smoothness of my skin and the fact that my skin felt plump in the morning.

I absolutely loved the added benefit of safflower seed oil and vitamins B3 and E as they really made my skin feel super moisturised and hydrated. I used a small dollop around my face and neck area, focusing on some sun spots and hormonal scarring. This range is targeted at reducing pigmentation and dark spots but I didn't find a vast improvement over the two week period of using this product. I will continue to use it as I enjoyed the texture of the cream and its moisturising effects, especially the feeling of nice supple skin in the morning. I thought it was also very appealing that a little pamphlet in the packaging was added to inform consumers about the range and directions of use. A nice sized tub that will be on my nightly routine.

The Even Tone night moisturizer was packaged and presented nicely in a 50g tub and also had an additional seal for protection which was a nice touch. The cream itself had a texture which I really like which felt like a whipped mousse. My skin loved it and it absorbed quickly and easily, the scent was fresh and I liked that too. The cream felt very hydrating without any greasy or oily feels and my skin had a nice sheen after application. My décolletage really loved this cream and this is where I noticed a big difference to the pigmentation that Elucent notes. Overall I have enjoyed this trial and for the price feel these are good solid skincare products.

The Scent is very oaty and non -irritating. I really like that it is not heavily fragranced other than the oaty scent. The cream is very velvety and luxurious. It is like spreading velvet on your skin, it spreads very far and you only need a tiny amount. It absorbs super fast and has no greasy feeling afterwards. I think it is a really fantastic cream for sensitive skin types. I used it on my face, neck and chest as I have pigmentation and super sensitive skin, and it left me so soft and hydrated and my skin did improve appearance and texture with use. Love this cream very much. It would be fantastic for dry skin, but I am an oily skin type and it was so good on my skin. Absorbed so fast, didn’t make me extra oily, and just smoothed and improved my skin. Excellent for everybody, highly recommend.

Once applied it absorbed well & spread beautifully without being too heavy. I gladly used this in conjunction with the Even Tone Exfoliating Cleanser given by Best in Beauty Marketplace event to trial. I usually woke up with my skin feeling well hydrated & refreshed. I do have quite a few dark spots & pigmentation so hoping this will reduce & lighten with time. Wonderful to hear this is Australian made & from Ego Pharmaceuticals the same makers of QV range.

A very generous 50g made by the very well known brand Ego. On the first night of use I peeled back the film that protected the cream. I use a plastic spatula as to not contaminate the product, dot it to my face and wash the spatula ready for the next evenings skin regime. To my absolute surprise this cream is dense, similar to good butter, white in colour with a very very faint lovely scent. I applied it to my decolletage all the way to my forehead in dot form and massaged it in in circular motions upwards. A little goes a long way and any residual I use on the back of my hands as they are sun damaged as well as my face. Post applying this product I let it sit and go to be a couple of hours later so it can be absorbed into my dermis. I did notice a slight tingling feeling which to me means something good is happening. Nothing to be concerned about. Day 5 into using the product, people have commented on the brightness and texture of my skin. I no longer wear makeup to hide the sun damage I have caused in my 50 odd years in the sun. Day 10 the very sun damaged areas on my face, and back of my hands, have faded by about 25% and I no longer wear makeup to cover uneven skin tone. This product has helped the elasticity of my skin also. I wake up feeling no need to moisturise! This product is amazing and I will be using this for a long time to come. Just wonderful. Thank you Beauty Heaven (Marketplace Event) for allowing me to review this amazing product which will now be my nightly routine. 4*

If you have eczema or sensitive skin ego are safe products to use. I was impressed with the elucent even tone night cream, being over 60yrs, and having gone through menopause , our skin needs lots of hydration. It can become dry, thin and sun spots appear so it’s nice to have a cream that hydrates and visibly reduces pigmentation. After cleansing my skin with the elucent exfoliating cleanser , I apply the elucent night moisturiser which I find is absorb straight away. It has a mild smell, has a easy to use container with screw lid which makes the white cream easy to access. Using upward motion I apply the cream , it spreads well and you don’t need heaps. As the container is made of plastic it’s easy to take travelling. My skin feels hydrated and smooth in the morning. You can trust ego to only use safe , good enriching ingredients in their products that are not harmful, made in Australia, an excellent product. Thank you for letting me trial the elucent even tone night moisturiser.

I really an surprised at the difference in my skin when I was up in the mornings. I have noticed that my skin feels soft and refreshed in the morning and that it can feel more plump and full. I really enjoy waking up to refreshed skin. I would be keen to explore a day version as this has worked well for me. The cream seeps into my skin well and feels nourishing and fresh. It’s a nice part of my night routine now. It has a mild smell which isn’t harsh or overpowering. I find that a little is all you need with it taking it’s time to work over night. I have only been using for a week and have been pleasantly surprised with my skin when I wake up in the morning. It has been a pleasing result and I will continue to use it.

This night cream feels fabulous on my face. I am in my 40s, am concerned about fine lines, wrinkles and uneven skin tone - I love this moisturiser - it feels quite luxurious on my skin and looks it in its little pot. My skin looks brighter while using this, it feels soft and I'm so impressed with the way my skin is looking right now. I'm not sure if it has evened out my skin tone so much.

The cream comes in a very elegant jar, which allows for easy access to the face cream. Although I found the cream to be to a bit greasy when first applying it to my face, it slowly turns to a more slippery sensation afterwards. Although I didn't like the sensation the product left on my fingertips after application, the cream itself smelt lovely, and it effectively moisturized my skin throughout the night. In summary I would definitely recommend this product to others who are after an effective night moisturizer, that smells great and provides intensive hydration.

I trialled it in conjunction with their Exfoliating Cleanser. I used the Night Moisturiser every evening and was pleased with the results. My skin tends to be fairly dry and the product absorbed really quickly. The texture was non-greasy and very to spread right across the face and decolletage. This moisturiser also had a pleasant fragrance that I couldn’t place but it was more earthy rather than scented and was quite pleasant. At the end of the trial period I was very pleased with the results and would happily recommend this product to family and friends.

Thank you, Beauty Heaven, for the opportunity to trial this product. I have never used the Elucent brand before, so I was very keen to try something that I had not tried before this time. I was currently using just a serum overnight so was keen to try a new moisturiser to see if it would improve skin texture. I do suffer from uneven skin tone, freckles and rosacea so was very much looking forward to seeing what this product could do. In only the short time I have been using it I have really noticed a difference in both the texture and tone of my skin, looking forward to seeing more results the more I use this product.

I used this cream each night after using the Elucent exfoliating cleanser and I really like the texture. I feel through Winter (well before it gets to summer & the air becomes more moist), this is a great cream as it’s quite thick in texture and does take a while to sink into the skin. I like to put this cream on about half an hour before I go to sleep so it soaks into skin & doesn’t go on the pillow! My skin feels soft each morning after using this cream so I’ll keep using it.

The packaging is great, nice and simple and the actual moisturiser made my skin feel soft and smooth as expected by any good moisturiser. The only thing I did not like about the product was the smell - it didn't have any natural scent but a strong chemical like smell. Otherwise the Even Tone Night Moisturiser was rich, texture was good and I found a little goes a long way. My skin feels looks visibly brighter and the pigmentation on my skin has had a visible reduction.

After removing the tub of cream from its box and removing the lid the first thing I noticed was that it had a protection/freshness seal which I rarely see and think is fantastic. I have been using this cream now for over a month at night and have noticed my skin appears more bright & even. I had to use this product a couple of nights a week to start with as I have combination skin and would get a couple of breakouts the next morning when using it nightly. After cleansing my skin at night I applied a pea size amount to my fingertips warmed it up and lightly massaged it into my skin. It has a very light pleasant scent and melts into my skin like butter it takes a little longer to absorb into my skin so I have been mindful to spend a bit longer gently massaging it in well. I would recommend this cream to others wanting a moisturiser that evens the skin tone and brightens their skin.

The cream smells lovely and goes on well. It is quite a thick moisturiser and you only need a small amount. It left my skin feeling absolutely amazing and glowing. I love that it works whilst I am sleeping. My skin feels and looks wonderful after using. I like the smell - it reminds me of my Nanna’s moisturiser she used. Even though the moisturiser is thick, it doesn’t smear or come off onto anything which is great. I have found my new go to moisturiser and am very happy to have had the opportunity to trial this lovely product.

I have been trialling it over the past couple of weeks in conjunction with the Eventone Exfoliating Cleanser. I use the moisturiser every night on my face, neck and upper chest area after cleansing. The night moisturiser feels lovely and light on my skin and absorbs very quickly. I like the jar it comes in. The fresh turquoise and and silver lid colourway looks good. At this stage I am not seeing a real amount of difference with my skin but will still keep on using the night moisturiser as it is one of the lightest consistency night creams I have used.

This even tone night moisturised claims to help reduce the appearance of discolouration and dark spots over time. It contains brightening ingredients such as phyllanthus emblica fruit extract and vitamin C to help brighten and reduce discoloration. Vitamin E and B3 help strengthen the skin barrier and improve elasticity. I have been using this night cream in conjunction with the Elucent cleanser. Th pair work efficiently work well together to cleanse and hydrate my skin. My skin tone has improved and my skin is feeling smoother.

After using the Elucent exfoliating cleanser, I use the night moisturiser. I love the way it is absorbed into my face. I feel very good after using it my skin is looking great. I gave this review only a 4 star rating because I don't like the container it comes in. I don't like having to use sticks to get product out of a container, and even though I have clean hands, there could possibly be some bacteria on them and if I use my fingers to get the product out I could be contaminating the container. So I do love the product but not the container, but I will definitely continue using it. I hope the makers decide to change the products container. Also it doesn't really need the box that it came in.

Rated 4 out of 5 by rachel581 from elucent even tone range. i was extremely excited to receive this trial,it is my first. i am hesitant when it comes to trying new creams as i find that i get pimple break outs,but on trying this elucent even tone trio i have been very happy. Firstly the day time moisturiser with spf 30 uva, uvb,it come in a pump action bottle which makes it easy to use no mess,the texture is smooth,you can tell when rubbing in that there is sunscreen you do feel that slight thickening as you rub it in,but i really like this product normally when using sunscreen products my skin will have a break out but it has not done this with elucent.My skin feels hydrated once i put this on.i would recommend this for anyone who needs a moisturiser with sunscreen. Elucent even tone night moisturiser- a small amount goes quite a long way,my face feels so light and hydrated when i apply this at night,i have had no break outs and i don't wake up oily from this product.a light fragrance to it fruity like,not overpowering.each product says it has Embilica fruit extract,vitamin b3 and E plus sunflower seed oil which is why there's a nice smell. Even tone Dark Spot Corrector-you apply this sparingly very light and smooth texture,i really am unsure if this has helped my pigmentation and feel you could probably stick to using the cleanser, day cream and night cream. overall i don't see a lot of changes in pigmentation etc lightening,my skin does feel soft and hydrated i do like the moisturisers and definitely would purchase the day time and night time creams.They seem to suit my skin type which can be dry and sensitive.

Although I had never heard of the brand I was very keen to give the products a good go. I have quite a few dark spots on my face and quite dull and uneven skin tone hence the excitement. This product had a very delicate scent and I love the fact that the company is Australian Owned. The conistecy was quite rich and I was worried that my combination skill will not take the richness to well however to my surprise I didn't seem to react bad at all - quite the opposite. My skin was beautifully smooth and refreshed in the morning after the evening application. One month into using all 3 products I did not notice major improvement in the appearance of discolourations however I must say my skin is smoother and really well nourished. I am looking forward to continuing to use the products and perhaps noticing improvement at the water stage.

I didn't find it too heavy and whilst it has a slight scent, i found it to be fresh and beachy and dissipated quite quickly. Packaging is ok, although would have preferred a pump pack like the day moisturiser however it does look quite clinical and fresh with its minimalist design silver screw top jar. The jar is clear so you can actually see the product and was sealed with the same blister seal pack used for pharmaceutical products which gives me that added confidence that it is well researched. The night cream complimented the dark spot corrector as you would expect from products of the same line. Not sure if using them together provided a quicker result but in any case I did see a noticeable lightening of my hyperpigmentation and PIH. The trial period was great (one month) so I was able to really get a good idea if this was working and see some solid results. Really nice night cream that didn't break me out , provided hydration, left my skin soft and improved the clarity of my skin.

Offering multiple benefits in one night cream, the Elucent Even Tone night cream claims to provide an improvement in tone and brightness thanks to phyllanthus emblica fruit extract, and several proven vitamins to increase elasticity and to hydrate dry skin. Vitamin C is in there to reduce pigmentation, although perhaps more is needed to see any visible results. I used this product daily for 4 weeks in conjunction with the corresponding day cream and the targeted dark spot corrector, as directed. The night cream feels very luxurious, and although very thick, is easily absorbed and the skin immediately feels smoother and softer. It is almost like an overnight moisture mask, and you can still feel the effects the next morning, as well as a small amount of residue much like most other good night creams. Unfortunately, I did not notice any reduction in my dark spots and freckles after 4 weeks, and although I can't be certain whether it was the day cream or night that caused my pores to clog and pimples to form, it is my belief that this was caused by the sunscreen in the day cream, but it's something to be aware of when purchasing. This is a deeply hydrating night cream recommended for dry, ageing skins.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from Light, hydrating night cream This is a very lightweight yet hydrating night cream, that has a more of cream-gel texture than a rich cream. I find it absorbs instantly and feels refreshing. This cream comes in a 50g jar, but I would have preferred a tube as I don’t like dipping my fingers into jars. However I really enjoyed using this night cream because of it’s light texture that leaves no heavy, greasy feel on my skin. It does have an obvious scent which I don’t mind too much. My favourite thing about this cream is that it contains a good mix of vitamins B3, C and E. So I feel that it’s helping reverse a lot of my pigmentation and damage while I sleep. I apply this cream on top of the Elucent even tone dark spot corrector, and I don’t need to use a lot as both products are quite concentrated. I wake up with smooth, hydrated skin and do feel like my dark spots are starting to fade slowly but consistently. I am pleased with this night cream and will continue using it to see how much my skin tone improves over time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by kireina from Helps fade pigmentation but does not remove it altogether Thankyou to BH & Ego Pharmaceuticals for giving me the opportunity to review this product along with Elucent's 'Even Tone Dark Spot Corrector' and 'Even Tone Moistuiser with SPF 30+'. The Elucent 'Even Tone Night Cream' comes packaged in a white 50g glass tub with aqua and charcoal accents and a silver lid. Hygiene doesn't have to be an issue if you use a clean finger or spatula to get a pea sized amount of product onto the back of your hand which can then be applied sparingly where you want to use it. The Elucent Even Tone range contains: -phyllanthus emblica fruit extract to maintain and brighten skin tone - vitamin C to reduce discoloration -vitamin E to improve skin barrier function and increase skin elasticity -safflower seed oil to brighten skin, increase cell turnover and moisturise -vitamin B3 to restore an even complexion. This night cream has a distinct fragrance which I didn't mind but my partner wasn't a big fan! I loved the texture of this product, as many night creams it has a gel like smooth consistency which allowed me to apply it sparingly. A pea sized amount was enough to cover my face, neck and decolletage. I used a this amount every evening after cleansing and after applying the 'Even Tone Dark Spot Corrector'. I also used a little on some freckles on the backs of my hands. I must say I really loved the moisturising effect this had on my skin, as well as the fading of sunspots. After a month of using this product I have found it has helped fade my sunspots and freckles, though it hasn't made them disappear completely. I'd recommend the Elucent 'Even Tone Night Cream' for those who have sunspots, pigmentation and freckles and want to make them less visible. However, I must stress that this product does not make them disappear, in my experience thus far. I found my spots faded or lightened about 25% after a month of use of this range. I also found using a chemical exfoliant/cleanser a few times a week useful in assisting this range of products do their job as best as possible. Care must also be taken by using sun protection at all times to prevent darkening of pigmentation and dark spots, and to prevent more damage to your skin when using product to lighten pigmentation and while using chemical exfoliant products.
