Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have been a fan of Garnier micellar water for awhile now due to it working really well and not being as pricey as some other brands.  The newest one on the market is the cleansing water in oil which is great as my skin can get quite dry and sensitive at times.  It's a huge bottle which means it will last you for ages! My makeup tends to be on the light side but removing lipstick and mascara can be a hassle and the micellar water does a great job of removing it all.  I pour it onto a cotton pad and wipe it all over my face.  It's hydrating and it doesn't cause any irritation to my skin.  I used it on my lips to remove my matte lipstick and it came off so easily without leaving a trace of the lipstick! It's gentle and I would recommend it for those who have sensitive skin.

I have been trying different make up removal products and was excited to try this as an alternative to regular micellar water. The packaging is nice, I like the light colours and the blue, and it makes it easy to use and distribute on a cotton pad. I use it on round cotton pads which does create some waste so if you don’t like that then you may be able to use a cloth or something else! I wear eye make up and face make up everyday and this removes both my tough mascara and eyeliner and my foundation. It removes it quickly and easily without rubbing. I feel that it cleanses my skin and doesn’t harm it. I will definitely purchase this again and definitely recommend it for anyone looking for another make up removal option.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Non-greasy & very versatile At first I was very concerned about the oil, I have oily skin already so I didn't want something that would leave my skin greasy and heavy feeling. I shook it up to combine the oil and micellar water and applied it to a cotton pad. I was very surprised with how easily it took off my makeup and especially my eye makeup. I didn't have to rub my eyes to get anything off and it was very gentle. It didn't sting. After use it dried very quickly and it didn't feel heavy or oily at all. I feel like it left my skin nourished and soft. I think it was a good balance of oil and I found that my skin soaked it up very easily. I also tried it while wearing contact lenses and without. It works either way which is great, if you can't take your contacts out but want to change your makeup this will definitely help!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gardiner Micellar Cleansing Water Delegate Eyes and Skin Firstly I am am quite impressed that Gardiner has teamed up with Terracycle to make this product 100% recyclable in attempts to keep beauty products out of landfill. So ladies make sure you continue to read your labels and recycle where possible. Now a little about Gardiner Micellar Cleansing Water Delegate Eyes and Skin... Looking at the packaging it's the same sort of design other Gardiner micellar waters have, this just has a blue facade. I am a little disappointed that the lid is quite flimsy and broke before it reached home. Plus if the lid separates from the top it doesn't seal at all. Which makes it difficult when this product requires a good shake to mix the oil with the water, as it tends to separate when sitting on the bench. Which is a normal water/oil process. The product is easy to use and delegate enough to use around the eye area. It's a little annoying that slot of other products cannot be used around the eye area when the most stubborn thing to remove is your eyeliner or mascara. I found products came off quite easily although the waterproof varieties were a little more stubborn. I removed my make up with a reusable microfibre makeup cloth. It is recommended to use this product within 6 months of opening it.

The only thing is that it stung a bit when I took my eye make up off. \nIt leaves me skin feeling soft with refreshed and I can really feel my skin hydrating. \nIt’s great when I’m having a bad skin day or if I’m just not feeling great because it makes you feel so refreshed.\nI have used other Garnier Micellar waters and this one is definitely the best. The oil element just lifts it on to a whole other level \n

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Truly works. I’m absolutely loving this Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water in Oil. This is a new formula for delicate eyes and skin. It comes in a huge 400 ml bottle which equates to 200 uses. This will last for ages. The first thing you notice is the inclusion of lilac coloured oil, which, when settled floats on top of the Cleansing Water. I estimate it contains 5-1 ratio It’s easy to shake up before use, and apply to a cotton pad. This seriously removes all make up so easily, it glides over your skin and around your eyes. Although containing oil, it is definitely non greasy. It doesn’t leave any residue around your eyes, mine are usually quite sensitive, but, this makes them so clean and feels amazing. I could definitely believe this would be such a breakthrough for people with sensitive eyes or for contact lens wearers. I love how Garnier is always improving their product formulas. The light flowery scent is so refreshing and leaves your skin smooth, clean and refreshed. I used it every day, some days, I had full eye make up to remove. It executed the task with ease, leaving my face, so clean, without a trace of make up remaining. My skin felt hydrated after use.

Originally, my cleansing routine for make up consisted of: 1) Micellar Water (pink Garnier or a Japanese brand that I use) 2) L'oreals Gentle Eye Make up remover 3) Face wash But now I only need this one bottle and it tackles both my foundation and concealer on the face, as well as the delicate eye area! I use really waterproof mascara that is stubborn to the ends of the earth (honestly), so i could never do without an oil based eye make up remover before. It was also pretty hard to find a brand that stocked eye make up removers that didn't STING my poor eyes. This micellar cleansing water's oil component did a really good job taking out my waterproof mascara without stinging my eyes at all! Bonus points that its totally safe for contact lens wearers like me. I'm super happy with this product and will be adding it to my skincare routine to effectively replace my current eye make up remover when it runs out. I'll probably be using this more for when I have heavy make up on my face as I usually use the normal oil-free micellar water on the day (when I only have sunscreen on). The price is also totally reasonable considering it's a 2-in-1, when I used to make like $13 for my small bottle of eye make up remover. This product is totally great and I'd definitely recommend it! The head is also really small so it's perfect for putting a cotton tip on it without getting remover everywhere (for when you need to gently clean your eyeliner line).

It removes makeup well and doesnt irritate my skin, which is something I can find with makeup removers. It removes eye makeup very well, even given its delicate status, and I've taken to using it as my every day makeup remover. I also use it on no makeup days to freshen my skin, and it leaves me feeling hydrated and healthy at the same time. I also love the good size of the bottle, and the fact you dont need to use a lot, so you get a huge number of uses out of each bottle which is good value for money. It has a mild scent to it in ny mind which is appreciated as well. It's definitely something I would recommend for people to check out, including those with sensitive skin issues.

I have combination, sensitive skin and can break out easily. However, after just one use I could tell it was definitely not a strong, harsh product and did what it promised. I’ve had no irritation occur at all in the two weeks I’ve used it. The product has oil in it so you must shake the bottle a lot every time you use it. The formula has a similar texture and watery feel to normal Micellar but after use, leaves a slight oil on the skin. Personally, I liked this aspect to it, as I normally use it at the end of the day and I feel like it leaves my skin nice and hydrated rather than stripped or tight. The smell is delightful and calming, and it takes of a full face of makeup easily. Eye makeup comes off in one pad and is super gentle on this area too. I’m sold and will purchase again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gentle and easy I've heard a lot about Micellar water over the last year or so, but I've never tried anything like it because I wear contact lenses and often find the liquid aggravates my eyes. But the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water Delicate Eyes & Skin is specifically targeted towards this issue, as well as removing waterproof makeup and soothing your skin afterwards. Honestly what more could you ask for? A few drops goes a long way and it takes off all my eye makeup without dragging any skin or eyelashes. Loved that you didn't have to rinse it off afterwards, my skin has been feeling softer and I love how easy it is to get all my eye makeup off. I've already been telling my friends and family about this product because it's honestly just so good! This Micellar Cleansing Water in Oil has a very gentle scent, and huge amount of product for such a great price!

It does its job, breaking down stubborn mascara and eyeliner - which are my worst nightmares - and smells amazing too. Not only does it remove stubborn makeup with only a few swipes of a cotton pad, but it refreshes, softens and cleans my skin, leaving no un-wanted black smudges or redness under my eyes and no need to double cleanse my eye-makeup off. The bottle size is also very generous and smells fresh. Brilliant product! 10/10!

The first thing I noticed was the separation between the oil and water in the bottle and was wary it would make my skin oily, but nop no excess grease!! It was gentle on my skin and easily removed my mascara. It also had a non overwhelming pleasant smell when using. Did not dry out my skin..would definitely recommend!!

Also it smells nice.\n\nI did find that the oil lifted the fake tan I had on my face but the pay off of not feeling dry is great.\n\nI loved it and will buy instead of regular micellar water now. \n

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I am an avid user of micellar water so I couldn’t wait to try Garnier’s Micellar Cleansing Water in Oil for delicate eyes and skin. I first noticed the distinct separation of the water and oil, and that easily combined after a little shake. The liquid dispenses nicely out of the bottle, not too quick, and you need very little to cover the whole make up pad. I found the smell was very refreshing.\n \nI found that Garnier’s Micellar Cleansing Water in Oil cleared my skin of make up with little effort and the need for only two make up pads (one for my face, one for my eyes). One pad was enough to remove almost all of my heavy make-up and I did not need to rub my face harshly, simply brush over it. My waterproof mascara was a little more stubborn, and needed to be held down on my eyes a little longer, however only a few wipes removed all of the mascara. As a contact wearer, I do find that sometimes remover can get into my eyes, but this product did not cause me any problems or irritations.\n \nAfter use, my skin felt clean. There was a feeling that I had product on my face but it wasn’t unpleasant, heavy or greasy, so I didn’t mind it. Other micellar water’s I have tried have left my skin feeling a little dry, so I was happy that this product left my skin feeling nourished and hydrated. It caused no irritation to my skin, not even around the eye area. I have found this product a little thicker than other micellar waters, most likely due to the oil it contains. This however was not something I did not like. \n \nPreviously, when removing my make up, I would use a micellar water to remove the foundation/blush from my face and then a separate make up remover for my eyes. Using this product has eliminated my need for 2 products, which is one of the main reasons I will be purchasing this product again. I recommend this product for those who want an all in one remover.\n

The product also has a nice smell and was able to remove all of my makeup with no hassles. I would definetly recomend for waterproof mascara as well as long lasting products and will definatly be buying again

But this is the first product that I can use liberally, and it leaves my skin unharmed. Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have been trialing the micellar cleansing water delicate eyes and skin for a week now. I have tired a few in the past for sensitive skin as I have very sensitive and reactive skin and so far I’d had no luck finding one that doesn’t irritate my skin. I was ready for this one not to work but was so surprised I had no irritation at all and I was using a generous amount on my makeup pad it took all my makeup off with no burning skin at all. Another concern I had was the oil in it I was scared it would leave my skin oily and feeling horrible and cause pimples but it left my skin feeling fresh, soft and hydrated and no pimples. My skin has felt better than before.  The bottle is big you get a great amount of product for your money. I love and highly recommended this micellar water and I will definitely be buying this and using it daily.
