Scent beautiful, not like the usual Pantene soapy scent. And it is light, way lighter than the traditional one. Not lingering too much on. Pump bottle is so good! Mess free and easy to dispense product. My fine and thick hair was well conditioned and easy to brush. There was no frizz. Silkiness is noticed when washing it and after. Have noticed no product buildup! And after washing with matching shampoo, hair was light and shiny. Scalp clean.

My hair was dryer and more brittle after using it - similar to using just a shampoo without conditioner. I think micellar technology is better suited to just a shampoo rather than conditioner.

The pump pack annoyed me as I had to press it a few times for such a little bottle (my hair is long). The conditioner didn't leave my hair feeling as soft and conditioned as my usual conditioner. After over a week of use, my hair today felt much dryer and was more difficult than usually to brush. I wouldn't buy this conditioner again.

My hair is coloured so maybe it’s just not best suited to coloured hair. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

After it was dry my hair was like straw, course and hard where normally it is soft and bouncy I had to use quite a lot of conditioner for it to become even remotely smooth after shampoo use
