General Information

Directions

Using the enclosed spatula or your fingertips, scoop a small amount onto hand and apply to face and neck in the morning and evening after cleansing and toning. For best results, use with the Ultra R4 range.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful moisturiser [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't used a Dr LeWinn's product in decades, since I wasn't blown away by past products, BUT the Ultra R4 Collagen Surge Plumping Gel is excellent! I received it at the Beauty Heaven Best in Beauty Marketplace event, and have been enjoying using it since. It's actually changed my perception of Dr LeWinn's - I am so impressed with this moisturiser! The gel leaves my skin feeling soft, moisturised and plumped. The gel has a fresh fragrance that I like, and it has a caviar-like texture with little pink collagen pearls that dissolve once they are on my skin. While the collagen pearls dissolve quite rapidly, I do have to chase them around my face sometimes, so that can mean application is not as fast as other moisturisers. But the lovely moisturising effect on my skin makes it worthwhile!

Love the smell of this gel moisturiser. And the pearly like look of it so fun to look at. The application using the little spatula supplied with the packaging to scoop the right amount of product, then gentle press the gel balls onto the face and the gel just melts into your face. My skin feels more plump and texture has improved quite a bit. I absolutely love this product from Dr Lewinn's. I will be purchasing this as soon as I finish this jar.

Skin looks the best ever [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been reviewing beauty products for years and make these reviews very honestly. I have normal / combination dry skin. Of all the facial products I have ever used, this is the best and I will definitely be purchasing next time. I used this gel and saw a quick improvement in a matter of days, leaving my face looking hydrated and brighter than it ever has. My face actually looks less tired. The pearls are easy and you don't require a lot of product at all. It spreads easily on your face and easy to apply. Final note - I did not change anything to my beauty regime except for this product while testing and athough it isn't advertised for this reason, a millia I have had for over 10 years finally fell off while trialing this product!

Well from my experience - it delivers. I loved this product! I really felt like my dry skin was just drinking it in and it looked plumper, hydrated and amazing afterwards. I found the pearls inside a little weird - and i put too much on at first, but they really did dissolve quickly and spread on quite easily. it was not greasy or sticky - just a great moisturiser. At 46, my skin is getting drier and drier - I think I may have found the product I need! Highly recommend for anyone with dry skin or more mature skin. It is great.

I am so glad I got chosen to attend the event and got the opportunity to try this Hero product. This has transformed my skin and has now become a staple product in my skincare regime. In the world, where pastel or whites are ruling, this container was delightful as it is brightly coloured and I love the little caviar like pearls that burst when you apply the gel on the face. I use it twice a day in the morning and evening and I have noticed that my skin appears firmer and lifted after each application. My skin looks very healthy and hydrated and the dry patches are less noticeable. It has a subtle floral fragrance which I like. Overall this product looks and feel luxurious and worked wonders for my skin.

This was an extra lovely and luxe surprise trial product from Beauty Heaven's Best in Beauty Marketplace. The Dr. LeWinn's Ultra R4 Collagen Surge Plumping Gel has now found a permanent home in my bathroom cabinet. As a 36 year old I have noticed that my skin is getting a little drier and sader as I age. This little gem of a cream instantly makes my skin glow through it's powerful hydration. The product comes with a little metal spatula for clean application. A little scoop is all you need as the gel like consistency goes a very long way. Little pearls in the gel melt into your skin leaving it super glowy and happy. I am in love with this product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Few years ago, I have tried products from Dr Lewinn's and love it so I was so excited to try out their Collagen Surge Plumping Gel. This plumping gel contains amazing ingredients including superior grade hyaluronic acid and anti ageing active neodermyl which got me excited to see the results after use. This plumping gel has a jelly-like texture which is extremely pleasant to use in the warmer months. After applying the gel onto my face, the product gets absorbed into the skin immediately. My skin felt the layer of hydration straight away. After a week of use, I can see the improvement to my skin. The formula of this product does hold the hydration, keeping my skin looking plumped, smooth and radiant. This product is selling at mid price range and is definitely worth it.

It's texture is unusual and delightful - it is little balls of jelly which squash with the pressure of the finger tips - then that mixture goes all over the face to make a hydrating night time product. I do like to use it for day too but it has no SPF in it so it's really ideal as a night gel, over the top of my night serum. Although, using a serum in the daytime which has SPF in it works perfectly with this plumping gel so you can get the best of both worlds. Lovely ritzy packaging and a clean scent top this product off. It feels nice to use and I like keeping it on my bedside table so that after my night serum has well sunk in to my skin, I can be in bed and apply this as a last minute night product. It's a 30g pot and it's formula is easy to spread about the skin so it tends to go a long way. So 30g may last as long as a 50g night cream - well lets wait and see because I'm not there yet as I've not been using it for very long. Even so, after just a couple of weeks use my skin is plumped and looking seriously hydrated. Even after one night's use, I found my skin felt hydrated. So I'm excited to keep using this anti-ageing product to watch my skin look fresher and younger. My lines are less dry looking and my skin is more hydrated and acts more youthful than before.

I was excited to try it and see the results. It contains collagen plumping pearls in the gel which dissolve into the skin. Is easy to use as it includes a spatula to scoop a very small quantity onto the hand and apply to the face. I also like that it can be used on the neck as well. My skin became plumper after about a week, looked brighter and radiant. I have enjoyed using this luxurious plumping gel as it delivers what it promises. It has become part of my daily skincare routine.

The packaging is eye-catching and the plumping gel comes in a 30 gram jar. There is also a metal spatula included. The gel contains tiny pink collagen capsules that burst when pressure is applied. It is unlike anything I have used before but not difficult to burst and spread the gel. It initially feels very rich and oily but absorbs easily into the skin and dries in about five minutes. Once absorbed it does not feel sticky and leaves my skin feeling comfortable and hydrated. I have been using this gel most mornings for the past two weeks and have noticed that my skin feels softer and looks smoother. I will continue to use it and am very pleased to have been given the opportunity to try this wonderful product.

My skin has been unusually dry and dehydrated at the moment so I was excited to try this plumping gel. When I first opened it I was surprised to see the jar packed with little pink pearls that almost 'burst' when applying it to the skin. It has a slight floral scent but I could do without it. My skin feels very refreshed and hydrated after using it and I have noticed some plumping effects on fine lines and that it is softening some acne scars. Love it!

I love this product, I love the packaging and how it looks, I like the cute little spatula and the pink pearls that absorb into your skin. I'm in my 40s and I need help with my skin in terms of collagen loss, so I feel like this product is made for me. My skin has been looking great since I started using it, I haven't noticed any plumpness but it does look brighter in general.

The Dr LeWinn’s Ultra R4 Collagen Surge Plumping Gel comes in a red and silver box with the Dr LeWinn’s label printed on it. The product inside comes in a 30g matching red jar with a silver lid. A small spatula is included to scoop out the product. When I opened the jar, I was quite surprised because there were lots of small pink pearls of collagen immersed in a pink gel. I had not seen a product like this before. The small spatula is ideal for scooping out the collagen balls. Only a small amount of the product is required as once I applied them to my face the collagen balls melt into my skin spreading and moisturising a larger area of my face. I should say that initially applying the collagen balls took a little time getting used to as they fall off your face if you are not careful applying them. I have been using this product in the morning and evening after cleansing my face. The product leaves my skin feeling very hydrated and soft to the touch. I feel that using this product over a longer period may help with the appearance of my fine lines and wrinkles. I would recommend this product.

This moisturiser has a lightweight gel texture. It also contains Collagen plumping pearls which gently melt and absorb into the skin as you massage the product in. It also contains hyaluronic acid and Neodermyl® for firming and hydration. My mum loved the gel especially now that we're coming into summer. She said it was lightweight, non-sticky and refreshing and would definitely buy again. Fine lines seem to reduce or disappear when applied. Overalls I enjoyed this product and will incorporate it into my routine.

Thank you BH. What an amazing product by Dr. LeWinn's. It comes in a bright red jar with a silver lid. The red has shades of red not just red. The jar is placed in a paper box. The packaging gives you a feel of opening a luxurious product. The jar comes with a cute metal scooper that is to scoop the pearls from the jar. It feels like you are getting the caviar our to enjoy on a canopy. I have been used the gel for a few days and my skin is thanking me for it. I used it at night after cleaning my face. It is so rich you require even less than what the mental scooper scoops. It is so easy to apply and just use your hands to rub it on your skin. It gets absorbed easily into the skin. The skin feels like it has had a good drink of water and feels younger and plump. Totally love this product.

I use small amounts of it as a teenager, to help with my acne and trying to prevent scarring, as I read online that collagen is good for that, with the rebuilding and plumping of skin and all that. I have noticed the already scarred areas of my face becoming smoother, and less prominent. Although I know it won't completely absolve my face of acne scars, it's a really good preventative product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Burst of Hydration I love the beautiful jar with the metal spoon for scooping out the little caviar like pearls. You only need to use a small amount of pearls which you can scoop out with the metal spoon or with your fingernails which is what I do. I then rub the caviar like gel balls onto my face until they melt and absorb, sometimes I do need to squash them. I can notice my skin looking plumper after using it and it is helping with my fine lines, my skin also feels smoother and softer all day. Gentle enough to be used both day and night as a hydrating moisturiser.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! I love this product! I noticed an improvement in the appearance of my skin from the first application & the results just got better with time. Over a 4-weeks period, I could seen a clear reduction in the appearance of my fine lines & it left my face feeling & looking more youthful, firmer & hydrated. It absorbs quickly into my skin & layers well with my other skincare products & make-up. I occasionally suffer from sensitivities but have not experienced any adverse reactions to this gel. It has even reduced the congestion on my chin, resulting in less breakouts. I will be continuing to use this gel as part of my daily skincare routine.
